Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig. Im vierten Stock liegt man fast über den meisten Dächern Wiens, natürlich mit Lift. Das Zimmer bleibt möbliert und vorallem müssten die Pflanzen regelmäßig gegossen werden. Wegen dem ein- und auszugsdatum bin ich flexibel!
Mitten in der Einkufsstraße Wien, ist alles zu erreichen was das Herz begehrt. 2 Minuten zur Ubahn Station sowie sämtliche Bars und Restaurants. Der erste Bezirk ist auch nur 10min zu fuß entfernt. Um der Hitze zu entkommen, ist man in weniger als 30 Minuten an der Donau.
Leo, Kathi und ich haben ein sehr harmonisches Zusammenleben, wir treffem uns in der Küche, kochen manchmal zusammen und gehen etwas trinken. Wir suchen eine offene, rücksichtsvolle Person, die für einige Wochen bei uns wohnen möchte. Es gibt einen simplen Putzplan an den wir uns fast immer halten.
