Das geräumige Zimmer (20sqm) hat ein großes Fenster zur belebten Burggasse (siehe Fotos). In unserer Altbauwohnung hat man bei 130 sqm Wohnungsgröße reichlich Platz und es gibt ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine gemütliche Küche und einen Mini-Balkon zum Innenhof.
The spacious room (20sqm) has a big window to lively Burggasse. The rest of the flat is huge (130sqm) and a viennese old-building-style. There‘s a cozy kitchen, a big livingroom and a mini balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im siebten Bezirk, nahe am Gürtel. Wir sind umgeben von einer Vielzahl an Supermärkten, Bäckereien, Bars und Cafés. Mit dem Rad braucht man fünf Minuten zur Maria-Hilfer-Straße (6.), fünf Minuten zur Lerchenfelder Straße (8.), fünf Minuten zum Yppenplatz (16.) und fünf Minuten zum Museumsquartier. Die U6-Station ''Burggasse - Stadthalle'' ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt, einige Busse und Bims fahren direkt vor der Haustür los.
The flat is located in the 7th district, so it‘s quite in the middle of everything. We are surrounded by supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and bars. It takes you five minutes by bike to Maria-Hilfer-Straße (6th district), five minutes to Lerchenfelder Straße (8th district), five minutes to Yppenplatz (16th district) and five minutes to Museumsquartier. The U6 station ''Burggasse-Stadthalle'' is easily reached in two minutes. Many buses and trams leave directly in front of the house.
Wir suchen jemanden, der bei uns für einen Monat zur Zwischenmiete im Februar (02/2024) einziehen möchte. Perfekt zum Ankommen in Wien! :)
