I’m looking for a new flatmate in my 2-people flatshare in a great location, right in the 7th district! There is a shared kitchen (fully equipped, including a small dining table, an oven, and a dishwasher) and a bathroom. The room for rent is quite large (about 20m2), sunny and cozy. All the furniture inside is also for sale, except the things with a red ‘X’ in the pictures.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer/einem Mitbewohner:in für meine 2er WG mitten im 7. Bezirk. Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage und umfasst eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inklusive Esstisch, Backofen und Geschirrspüller) und eine Toilette. Das Zimmer selbst ist eher groß (ca. 20m2), hell und gemütlich. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind alle zu verkaufen, ausgenommen diejenigen, die mit einem roten „X“ markiert sind.
The flat is in the 7th and very close to the 8th district (Lerchenfelder Straße). It is very well-connected to public transport (13A, 48A, 46, U3 Volkstheater/Neubaugasse, U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle/Thaliastrasse). The area is very central and lively but not too loud, and there are many cafes, restaurants, and plenty of supermarkets (BILLA, Hofer) close by.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. und direkt neben dem 8. Bezirk (Lerchenfelder Straße). Es ist sehr gut angebunden (13A, 48A, 46, U3 Volkstheater/Neubaugasse, U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle/Thaliastrasse). Die Lage ist sehr zentral und lebhaft aber nicht zu laut und es gibt in der Nähe Cafes, Restaurants und viele Supermärtke (BILLA, Hofer).
My name is Vin, I’m 26, Greek-Italian, and I’m doing a PhD in linguistics at the University of Vienna. I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going, and tidy flatmate. I love having a relaxed atmosphere in the flat and I like to stick to a cleaning schedule for common areas. Most of the day I work at uni and when I’m at home, I like to cook, often with my boyfriend, watch movies/shows, read books and occasionally play some ukulele/guitar. This isn’t a party flat, but I enjoy hanging out from time to time and visitors are also welcome.
I mostly prefer speaking English at home although my German is quite okay and I’d enjoy practising that too. Of course, Greek and Italian are always an option as well.

Ich heiße Vin, bin 26, komme aus Griechenland und Italien und mache meine Doktorarbeit in Sprachwissenschaft an der Uni Wien. Ich suche nach einer/einem Mitbewohner:in, die/der freundlich, gechillt und ordentlich ist. Ich mag es, eine relaxte Atmosphäre in der WG zu haben und halte mich gern an einen Putzplan für die Toilette und die Küche. Täglich bin ich meistens in der Uni und wenn ich zuhause bin, koche ich gern und oft mit meinem Freund, schaue Serien/Filme an, lese Bücher oder spiele manchmal Ukulele bzw. Gitarre. Die WG ist eigentlich keine Party-WG, aber ich habe nichts dagegen ab und zu miteinander abzuhängen. Gäste sind natürlich auch erlaubt.
Zuhause spreche ich lieber Englisch. Allerdings ist mein Deutsch völlig in Ordnung und ich würde auch gern die Sprache üben wollen. Bei Bedarf und Sprachkompatibilität spreche ich natürlich gern auch Griechisch bzw. Italienisch. :P
