Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster in Richtung Innenhof. So hat man trotz der Lage mitten in der Stadt wirklich sehr viel Ruhe und Licht. Altbau-typisch gibt es ein schönes Fischgrät-Parkett das nett knarzt und angenehm hohe Decken. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung ist knapp 100m² groß und befindet sich offiziell im 3.Stock, dank des Hochparterres ist es praktisch aber der 4. Stock. Bei Bedarf gibt es einen Aufzug der mit Schlüssel betrieben wird. Zusätzlich zu den 3 Zimmern hat die Wohnung eine Küche samt Esstisch und Spülmaschine, Bad mit getrenntem WC und Waschmaschine, und einen weiteren Raum.

The room is 16m² and has two large windows facing the inner courtyard. So despite the location in the middle of the city, you really have a lot of peace and light. Typical for old buildings, there is a nice herringbone parquet floor that creaks nicely and pleasantly high ceilings. The room will be handed over unfurnished.
The flat is just under 100m² and is officially on the 3rd floor, but thanks to the mezzanine it is practically the 4th floor. There is a key operated lift if required. In addition to the 3 rooms, the flat has a kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, bathroom with separate toilet and washing machine, and another room.

La chambre fait 16m² et a deux grandes fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieure. Ainsi, malgré la situation en plein centre-ville, on a vraiment beaucoup de calme et de lumière. Comme dans les immeubles anciens, il y a un beau parquet à chevrons qui craque bien et des plafonds hauts et agréables. La chambre est livrée non meublée.
L'appartement fait presque 100m² et se trouve officiellement au 3ème étage, mais grâce à la mezzanine, il se trouve en pratique au 4ème étage. En cas de besoin, il y a un ascenseur qui fonctionne avec une clé. En plus des 3 chambres, l'appartement dispose d'une cuisine avec table à manger et lave-vaisselle, d'une salle de bain avec WC séparé et machine à laver, et d'une autre pièce.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neubaugasse Ecke Lindengasse. Man ist hier also mitten im Geschehen; in der Nachbarschaft sind Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf Stiege 2 und ist zu unserem super ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet, weshalb man vom Trubel in der Neubau- und der Zollergasse nichts mitbekommt. Morgens und abends kann man die Vögel zwitschern hören, ist aber wenn man das Haus verlässt in 2 Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Wir lieben's.

The flat is located on the corner of Neubaugasse and Lindengasse. You are right in the middle of the action; there are bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The flat is on floor 2 and faces our super quiet inner courtyard, which is why you don't hear anything of the hustle and bustle in Neubau- and Zollergasse. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and evening, but when you leave the house you are in the middle of the action in 2 minutes. We love it.

L'appartement se trouve dans la Neubaugasse, au coin de la Lindengasse. On est donc au cœur de l'action ; il y a des bars et des restaurants dans le quartier. L'appartement se trouve au deuxième étage et donne sur notre cour intérieure super calme, ce qui fait que l'on ne remarque pas l'agitation des rues Neubau et Zollergasse. Le matin et le soir, on peut entendre les oiseaux chanter, mais en sortant de la maison, on est en plein milieu de l'action en deux minutes. On adore.

Michael ist 26, und nach einiger Zeit in Paris, bin ich nun in Wien zurück, um seinen Master an der TU fertig zu machen.
Alisa kommt aus der Ukraine und studiert Digital Media, ebenfalls an der Technische Universität. Nebenbei arbeiten wir beide 20h, Alisa in einem Hotel, ich in einem Office.
Wir sind beide aktive Menschen, die eher für die notwendigsten Dinge zu Hause sind, also definitiv keine Stubenhocker, auch wenn wir ab und zu mal gerne zusammen kochen und viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung haben.
Stichwortartig könnte man undere Freizeitaktivitäten vielleicht so zusammenfassen: Klettern, Radeln, Beachvolleyball, Donauinsel, Technoparties, Kunstgallerien und Kinos.
Neben gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und einer vernünftigen Kommunikation ist es uns wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich gehalten wird.

We are looking for a roommate for a harmonious life together.
Michael is 26, and after some time in Paris, I am now back in Vienna to finish his Master's degree at the TU.
Alisa comes from Ukraine and is studying Digital Media, also at the Technical University. We both work 20 hours a day on the side, Alisa in a hotel, me in an agency.
We are both active people who tend to be at home for the most necessary things, so definitely not homebodies, even though we like to cook together from time to time and have lots of plants in the flat.
Our leisure activities could perhaps be summarised as follows: Climbing, cycling, beach volleyball, Danube Island, techno parties, art galleries and cinemas.
Apart from mutual consideration and reasonable communication, it is important to us that the flat is kept clean and tidy.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) colocatair(e), pour une cohabitation harmonieuse.
Michael a 26 ans, et après avoir vécu quelque temps à Paris, je suis maintenant de retour à Vienne pour terminer son master à l'université technique. Alisa vient d'Ukraine et étudie les médias numériques, également à l'université technique. À côté de cela, nous travaillons tous les deux 20h, Alisa dans un hôtel, moi dans une agence.
Nous sommes tous les deux des personnes actives, qui sont plutôt à la maison pour les choses les plus nécessaires, donc définitivement pas des pantouflards, même si nous aimons cuisiner ensemble de temps en temps et avons beaucoup de plantes dans l'appartement.
En quelques mots, on pourrait peut-être résumer ainsi nos activités de loisirs : Escalade, vélo, beach-volley, Donauinsel, soirées techno, galeries d'art et cinéma.
En plus du respect mutuel et d'une communication raisonnable, il est important pour nous que l'appartement soit propre et bien rangé.
