Schönes Altbauzimmer mit einem alten Kachelofen (leider nicht zu verwenden).
Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert, sprich die Möbel werden vom Vormieter noch abgeholt.
Momentan handelt es sich um ein Eckzimmer, sprich man muss durch ein anderes Zimmer um in das Zimmer zu gelangen. Dem Vormieter war das egal, wir werden allerdings Ende Sommer den Gang verlängern, damit das Zimmer extra zugänglich wird.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am nördlichen Ende des 8. Bezirks, ca 1 Gehminute von der Alserstraße entfernt.
Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa, ... sind in unter 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Öffentliche Anbindung:
13A, 33, 5, 43, 44 in ca 1-2min erreichbar
U6 Station Josefstädterstraße, Alserstraße in ca 10min
Kostenaufschlüsselung zuzüglich zur Kaltmiete bis jetzt:
Gas: 440€/Monat (Voranschlag, Verbrauch letztes Jahr eher bei ca. 200€)
Strom: 110€/Monat
Internet: 40€/Monat
Diese kosten haben wir bis jetzt einfach fair durch drei geteilt und das möchte ich eigentlich auch so beibehalten.
Gas und Strom haben eine Fixpreis bis September. Danach wird das vielleicht weniger?
