The room is just over 13m^2 and comes unfurnished. It looks directly onto Strozzigasse, but is quiet even with the windows open.
There is also a kitchen/living room that we can make into a nice common space to spend time in.
It's a 3 minute walk to the 2 and 46 trams, and also the N46 bus. It's also positioned between U6 stations Thaliastraße and Josefstädter Straße, and is only a 12 minute walk to each.
My name is Katie, I'm 27 and originally from Northern Ireland, but I've lived in Vienna for 3 years now. My main language is English but I should also practice my German :)
I work as a web developer, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office.
In my free time I play rugby and go to the gym, but I also like to chill at home and play video games, or go out to a bar with my friends.
I'd like a WG where we can spend some time together, hang out in the common areas together, and occasionally cook together, but where we are also happy to spend time alone.
There is a possibility that two cats will come to the WG around the start of next year, so if you like cats its perfect for you!
There is a shared garden at the back of the flat, where you can spend time in the summer or grow tomatoes or whatever you like. I don't have a lot of furniture and as its a new flat I would love someone who could help make it beautiful.
The rent listed is without gas und strom. There is also currently no washing machine, but this is something I'd like to get ASAP.
