Die Wohnung ist mitten im wunderschönen 8ten Bezirk. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Hammerling Park und der Tiger Park ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt .
Direkt im Nebenhaus ist ein Spar und Billa, DM, Bipa sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Generell findet man auf der Josefstädter Straße alles was man braucht.
In der Gegend befinden sich auch viele Top Restaurants und Bars.
Die Bim 2, 5 und 33 sind auch in nur einer Minuten zu erreichen und die U6 ist ca 5 Minuten entfernt.
In das Zentrum gelangt man mit der 2er Tram in ca 5 Minuten.

The apartment is right in the middle of the classy 8th district. I live around the corner of the Hammerling Park and the Tiger Park is also only at a 5 minute walking distance .
In the building next to mine we have a supermarket (Spar) and another one (Billa) is also not too far away. On the Josefstädter Straße you will also find everything you will need for your daily necessities.
The 8th district is full of great bars and delicious restaurants.
Public transportation is also close by. The tram numbers 2, 5 and 33 are only a few meters away from the apartment and the U6 is reachable within 5 minutes. You can get into the center in around 5 minutes with the tram number.

In der Wg wohne ich mit meinem Hund Spooky. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite Vollzeit im E-Commerce Bereich. Spooky ist auch schon 14 und ruhiger, freundlicher und sozialer Hund der mittlerweile ziemlich viel schläft :)
Ich würde mal sagen, dass ich ein ziemlich entspannter Typ bin und gerne Menschen um mich herum mag - aber natürlich auch hier und da mal Zeit für mich brauche.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne viel draussen, Koche gerne für mich und meine Freunde und mache gerne Sport, wie zB Fussball, Wakeboarden und Yoga.
Am Abend lese ich auch gerne oder schaue mir einen Film auf dem Beamer an.

i live in the apartment with my dog spooky. Im 34 years old and work full time in an e-commerce company. Spooky is already 14 years old and is a calm, friendly and social dog who spends a lot of time sleeping.
I would describe myself as a quite relaxed person who likes to be around people but who also likes to have some time to himself here and there.
In my spare time I love being outside, like to cook for my friends and myself and playing sports such as football, wakeboarding and a little yoga.
In the evenings I also like to read or to watch a movie on my beamer in the living room.

Das Wohn/Esszimmer und die Küche sind voll ausgestattet mit einem Esstisch, Sehr gemütlichem Sofa, einem Beamer zu Film schauen und in der Küche finden sich alles was man zum Kochen braucht, Geschirr, Besteck und eine Espressomaschine selbstverständlich aus.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine kleine Abstellkammer die auch als Stauraum genutzt werden kann.

The living room/dinning room and the kitchen are fully equipped with a dinning table for up to 10 people, a very comfortable couch and a beamer. In the kitchen you will find everything you need from pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and of course an espresso machine.
There is also a store room attached to the kitchen.
