Your room is the cheapest with a high bed. Its currently Matt's room but he's moving out. He can discuss furniture and prices for furniture with you but it won't be very much or if you have your own we'll sort this out. It gets a lot of light in the afternoons and is very quiet from outside noise (the window opens out to a courtyard area). It is accessible from the hallway and you will be able to enjoy a large living room and kitchen area too.
The flat is located in the 8th district, bordering the 7th, with Tigerpark just outside the door. You can reach trams 2, 5, 33 and 46 in about 3 minutes, the U2 at Rathaus is a 10 minute walk away or you can get there with the tram 2. There's a lot of nice bars, cafes, parks and lots of shops nearby.
We are three people looking for a flatmate. We are definitely not a Zweck-WG, we like to hang out together, cook, have a drink, watch movies and all that jazz.
Sarah is from Ireland and worked as an English teacher, currently applying to study Psychology. She is always lovely and enjoys a good laugh.
Michael is from Graz and is a graphic designer/illustrator. He likes sport (football and running) and playing the guitar.
Berry is German, a pilot, a DJ, he currently works for the post from home and spends most of the day in.
We do all speak German and other languages but English is the common language but we are always up for swapping from time to time.
