Das Zimmer ist schön hell, hoch und mit Parkett. Vor dem Fenster befindet sich zwar eine Straße und gegenüber die Lerchenfelder Kirche aber es ist nicht besonders laut. Durchschnittliche Innenstadtlautstärke würde ich sagen.

The room is nice and bright, high and with parquet. There is a street in front of the window and the Lerchenfelder church opposite, but it's not particularly loud. I would say average inner city volume.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral und gut angebunden. Direkt nebenan ist eine Apothekt und daneben ein Hofer Supermarkt. Die Straßenbahnlinie 46 befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus und die Ubahnstation Thalia ist in 10 Minuten Gehweite. Entlang der Lerchenfelder Straße in Richtung Innenstadt gibt es viel Restaurants und bars. Auch am Gürtel gibt es einige Locations. und dort hin geht man ca. 10 Minuten.

The apartment is super central and well connected. Right next door is a pharmacy and next to it a Hofer supermarket. Tram line 46 is right in front of the house and the Thalia underground station is a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and bars along Lerchenfelder Straße in the direction of the city centre. There are also some locations on the Belt and it takes about 10 minutes to get there.
Wir sind zwar beide vollzeit Berufstätig aber wir setzen uns gerne mal auf ein Pläuschen zusammen oder gehn mal gemeinsam Essen oder Trinken. Nelson ist aus Spanien und arbeitet als Projektmanager in einer internationalen Organisation die sich für die Wälder einsetzt und ich (Andrea) arbeite im Marketing in einer Organisation für Qualitätsmanagement und bin aus Linz. Wir sind weltoffene, positiv gestimmte und rücksichtsvolle Zeitgenoss*innen. Wir haben es gerne ordentlich und sauber, für eine WG also überdurchschnittlich. Nelson hat oft Home Office daher ist er meistens in der WG anzutreffen, ich hingegen bin nur jede zweite Woche in Wien und dann auch nur 3 Tage (Mittwoch bis Freitag) die restliche Zeit mache ich von Linz aus Home Office. Somit ist es in der WG meistens recht ruhig.

Although we are both working full time, we like to sit down for a chat or go out for a meal or a drink together. Nelson is from Spain and works as a project manager in an international organization that works for the forests and I (Andrea) work in marketing in an organization for quality management and am from Linz. We are cosmopolitan, positive and considerate contemporaries. We like things to be neat and clean, which is above average for a flat share. Nelson often has home office, so he can usually be found in the shared flat, while I'm only in Vienna every other week and then only 3 days (wed-fri) the rest of the time I work from home from Linz. So it's usually pretty quiet in the flat share.
