My room in the beautiful Alsergrund is available from the beginning of December (there may be a possibility to move in November as well). The room is 8.5 sqm with a nice view of the neighbourhood and a lot of light coming in.
The apartment has a total of 70 sqm, has a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet, a storage closet, and two rooms with 2 other roommates. There is also a cellar room for extra storage.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building with an elevator.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U6, 37, 38, D, 40A, 5 und 33) sind direkt erreichbar, rund um den Sobieskiplatz gibt es Supermärkte und nette Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 10-15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum, auch zur Donau und zu den Weinbergen in Nussdorf ist es nicht weit!
Public transport (U6, 37, 38, D, 40A, 5 and 33) are directly available, there are supermarkets and nice cafes, bars and restaurants around Sobieskiplatz. It takes 10-15 minutes by public transport to go to the city center, to the Danube as well and the vineyards in Nussdorf are not far away!
Ihre Mitbewohner sind Mia, 27, und Nicolaj, 24. Beide studieren - Ökologische Landwirtschaft und Lebensmittelsysteme und Psychologie. Unser WG-Leben ist bisher sehr interaktiv: Wir kochen, trinken und lachen viel zusammen, haben Filmabende in Mias Zimmer (das auch als Wohnzimmer dient) und gehen am Wochenende gemeinsam auf Flohmärkte.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und sind Freunde, und das soll auch so bleiben! Bitte schreibe etwas Persönliches und verrate uns, welches dein Spirttier ist und warum (oder andere kleine Macken von dir :) wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht <3
Your roommates are Mia, 27, and Nicolaj, 24. Both are studying - Organic Agriculture and Food Systems, and Psychology. Our shared apartment life has been very interactive so far: we cook, drink and laugh together a lot, we have movie nights in Mia's room (which also serves as our living room) and we visit flea markets together on weekends.
We are definitely not a purpose WG and are friends, and it should stay that way! please write something personal and tell us which is your spirt animal and why (or other little quirks of you :) we are looking forward to your message <3
Ich würde die Möbel gerne im Zimmer lassen, aber wenn ihr sie nicht braucht, verkaufe ich sie, bevor ich gehe. Zu behalten sind: das Einzelbett, der Schreibtisch, der Kleiderständer, die Holzkiste. Je nachdem, was Sie behalten möchten, würde ich um einen angemessenen Betrag bitten
