Zu mieten: Ein WG-Zimmer in 3er WG, ab sofort. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einen neuen Mitbewohner in einer neu (im Jahr 2020) sanierten Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, und hat ca. 14m². - Warmmiete: ca. 465 Euro monatlich - Kaution: 1090 Euro Die Wohnung hat 83m² Wohnfläche und befindet sich im 6. Stock eines gepflegten Lifthaus, wenige Schritte entfernt vom Sobieskiplatz, im 9. Bezirk. Eine vollausgestattete moderne Küche befindet sich kurz vor dem Wohnzimmer. Aus dem Wohnzimmer kommt ein Gang mit Einbauschränken, die zum Bad und den beiden zum Innenhof schauenden zimmern führt. Auch im Vorzimmer sind große Einbauschränke mit Schiebetüren vorhanden. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut, denn in 6 min. zu Fuß kommt man zur U6 Währingerstraße oder in 5 min. zur U6 Nußdorferstraße. Die Straßenbahnen 37 und 38 sind noch näher, und somit kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Schottentor. Mein Name ist Vojislav, bin 29 jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus Montenegro, studiere Bauingenieurwesen an der TU, und bin in einem Ziviltechnikerbüro als Konstrukteur tätig.
