Schönes Zimmer in lieber 5er WG in bester Lage

Die Lage unserer Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Donaukanal, der sich super zum Sport machen, Spazieren gehen und abendlichen Bier trinken eignet. Außerdem gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Billa, Spar, DM etc. und auch ein paar coole Bars, Cafes, Restaurants. Die Uni ist auch direkt um die Ecke: Hauptuni, MedUni, OMP etc. sind alle innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist durch das Schottentor und die Roßauer Lände (U4) bestens öffentlich angebunden. Außerdem ist die Straßenbahnstation Schlickgasse (D) 1 Gehminute entfernt, und die Haltestelle Börse (1, D, 71, U2Z) ist 5 min. entfernt. Im Innenhof gibt es auch einen Fahrradabstellplatz.

The location of our apartment couldn't be better. Within a 3-minute walk you are at the Danube Canal, which is great for doing sports, going for a walk and drinking a beer in the evening. There are also shopping facilities from Billa, Spar, DM etc. and a few cool bars, cafes and restaurants. The university is also just around the corner: Hauptuni, MedUni, OMP etc. are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The apartment has excellent public transport connections via Schottentor and Roßauer Lände (U4). In addition, the Schlickgasse streetcar station (D) is a 1-minute walk away, and the Börse stop (1, D, 71, U2Z) is 5 minutes away. There is also a bicycle parking space in the inner courtyard.

Jetzt zum wichtigsten Teil: Wer sind deine (vielleicht) neuen Mitbewohner*innen:



Yvonne (23), studiert an der Vet- Med und ist unser Küken in der WG. Unter der Woche ist sie fleissig an der Uni am lernen. Am Wochenende nutzt sie die Zeit zumeist für Sportliches. Sie ist für jeden Spass zu haben, sei es kochen, backen aber auch für coole WG-Abende. Als künftige Tierärztin hochqualifiziert möchte sich Yvonne bald einen Hund ins bunte WG-Leben holen. :D

Jacky (31), studiert Pharmazie, hat aber auch schon Berufserfahrung gesammelt. Sie geht liebend gern spazieren und versucht sonst ihr ganzes (wenig :D)-vorhandenes Erspartes in Reisen oder Road Trips zu stecken. Sie ist eine kleine Gamerin, gleicht das aber mehr als genug mit ihren mehreren Gym-Besuchen pro Woche aus! Mit ihrem Freund probiert sie außerdem alle möglichen Kochrezepte aus und sie backt die besten Weihnachtsplätzchen!!!



Fynn (29), studiert an der TU Raumplanung im Master (nein, das ist NICHT Innenarchitektur :D) und arbeitet nebenbei in Kufstein, Tirol. In seiner Freizeit fährt Fynn gerne Fahrrad, betätigt sich sportlich beim Mountenbiken, oder macht mal eine Radtour. Außerdem fährt er Ski und ist beim ESN der TU tätig. Er trinkt auch gerne mal 1-2 Bier und ist auch sonst sehr motiviert für lange Partynächte. 



Alessandra, Spitzname Ale (26) bringt internationale Vibes in unsere WG. Ale kommt aus Italien und ist nach ihrer Forschungsarbeit an der Elfenbeinküste gerade für ein UN Praktikum nach Wien gezogen. Durch ihre offenen und sympatische Art freuen wir uns schon sehr auf die gemeinsame Zeit mit ihr.

Now for the most important part: who your (maybe) new flatmates are:



Yvonne (23), studies at Med-Vet and is our chick in the shared flat. She studies hard at university during the week. At the weekend she usually uses her time for sports. She's always up for some fun, whether it's cooking, baking, or cool flat-share evenings. As a highly qualified future veterinarian, Yvonne would like to bring a dog into our vibrant shared apartment life soon.

Jacky (31), is studying pharmacy, but has already gained some work experience. She loves going for walks and otherwise tries to spend all her (little :D) savings on traveling or road trips. She is a bit of a gamer, but more than makes up for it by going to the gym several times a week! She also tries out all kinds of recipes with her boyfriend and bakes the best Christmas cookies!!!



Fynn (29), studies spatial planning at the TU (no, that's NOT interior design :D) and works part-time in Kufstein, Tyrol. In his free time, Fynn enjoys cycling, mountain biking or going on a bike tour. He also skis and is active in the ESN at the TU. He also likes to drink 1-2 beers and is otherwise very motivated for long party nights. 



Alessandra prefers Ale (26) and brings international vibes to our shared apartment. Ale is from Italy and has just moved to Vienna for a UN internship after completing her research work in the Ivory Coast. With her open and friendly nature, we look forward to spending time with her.

Alles in allem sind wir absolut keine Zweck-WG und das soll auch so bleiben, das heißt wir würden uns wünschen wenn sich unser*e neue* Mitbewohner*in in das WG-Leben auch aktiv einbringen würde. Wir unternehmen mal mehr mal weniger was zusammen, kochen gemeinsam oder bestreiten das ein oder andere Brettspiel-Abenteuer. Gerne gehen wir auch mal zusammen weg. 



All in all, we are absolutely not a functional flat share and we want to keep it that way, which means we would like our new flatmate to be actively involved in our flat share life. We sometimes do more or less things together, cook together or go on one or two board game adventures. We also like to go out together from time to time.
