We are looking for a new nice person for our cozy and funny shared apartment.
I'm the english speaker here, so once I'm gone you can feel free to speak German with the other components.
The time to move in it's flexible, based also on your needs. I planned to stay till the end of June, but I could be ready to move also in the end of may (or in between)!
The room has four walls and a door and one window facing a quite green courtyard.
The room is not too big, but it has an already existing and well-working high bed that allows you to move more in freedom.
The flat is composed by two other rooms (occupied right now from Nikolaus and Maria), a bathroom, a toilet, an entrance hall that we tried to transform in a small living room and the kitchen (which is more our living room than the other one). + Common terrace in the courtyard which is full of plants thanks to our French-lady neighbor:)
Since there is a pandemic all over the world we can also decide to have a skype call or we can also arrange a normal meeting, up to you!:)
Die Wohnung ist in Wien gelegen, ungefähr jegliche Gehminuten von vielen Wiener Linien Stationen entfernt (U4, 5, 31, S40, N38, D, 33, 37, 38, 40A). Unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Anlegen von Kapital können in den Einkaufshöhlen um den Franz-Josef-Bahnhof gefunden werden. Der Rewe Konzern öffnet seinen Billigladen und Billigparfümerie sogar täglich bis 22 Uhr. Für wild Entschlossene kann aber auch unentgeltlich am Donaukanal flaniert und gelaufen werden, auch beliebige Extrarunden können im Lichtensteinpark gedreht werden, nicht aber in seinem Rasen.
The apartment is located in Alsergrund (1090) close to Franz-Josef-Bahnhof , 5-10m walking distance from many Wiener Linien stations (U4, 5, 31, S40, N38, D, 33, 37, 38, 40A).
and you will enjoy the proximity to the Kanal:)
In the moment you will share the flat with Maria and Nikolaus, but in some months they will also take other ways in life.
That means that there will be the possibility to create a completely new WG based on your needs and taste:)
In the in-between time you could enjoy the time with them in our multitasking kitchen/living room, where we are used to spend our time together in front of good food and wine.
