Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Doppelbett (140 x 200 cm), einem Kleiderständer, einer großen Kommode, Regale, ein Hocker und ein Sessel. Es gibt zwei Fenster, eine davon mit Fliegengitter.

The room is fully furnished: there is a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a clothes rack, two shelf units, shelves, a stool and an armchair. There are two windows, one of them equipped with a mosquito net.
Die Lage ist optimal. Auf der Alser Straße gibt es viele verschiedene Supermärkte und schöne Geschäfte, eine Bank, eine Apotheke und der Post sind auch gleich vor der Tür.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls optimal: Die Straßenbahnen 5, 33, 43 und 44 und die Buslinie 13A fahren quasi direkt vor der Haustür und die U-Bahn 2 und 6 sind auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt, und der Donaukanal, wo man schöne Spaziergänge oder Drinks in die sommerliche Lokalen genießen kann, ist auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wiens größte Einkaufsstraße, die Mariahilferstraße, ist ganz in der nähe und in 10 Minuten ist man beim Gürtel, eine der zentralen Meile des Wiener Nachtlebens.

The location is fantastic, in fact, on the Alser Straße there are many supermarkets, shops, a bank, an apothecary and the post.
The connections with public transport are also great: the tram lines 5, 33, 43 and 44 and the bus line 13A pass literally in front of the house and in a 10 minutes walk one can reach the metro U2 and U6.
Despite being located on such a busy street, the apartment is very quiet, since it is in the inner courtyard of the building.
Moreover, it is in a central position, with a 15 minutes walk one can reach the city centre, or the canal on the Danube, where one can enjoy pleasant strolls or drinks on the bars on the bank. Vienna's biggest shopping street, the Mariahilferstraße, is also close by, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the Gürtel (or belt in English), one of the centres of Vienna's night life.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind zwei sehr nette Studentinnen. Die Vicky kommt aus Südtirol und studiert Technische Chemie. Die Julia ist gerade eingezogen, sie kommt aus Polen und ist derzeit beschäftigt mit ihre Masterarbeit.
Wir unternehmen schon viel zusammen, Kaffee trinken und quatschen vor allem aber auch zusammen neue Gerichte ausprobieren, Filmabende, brunches, theme parties usw. Jeder hat aber auch ihre eigene Privatsphäre ;)

My flatmates are two really sweet students. Vicky is from South Tyrol and is studying chemistry. Julia just joined our flat, she's from Poland and is currently writing her Master thesis.
We usually do quite a lot together, endless chatting in front of a cup of cappuccino or tea first and foremost, but also experimenting new cuisines together, movie nights, brunches, occasional theme parties and so on.. We still all have our own private spheres though ;)
Wir suchen jemand, die das Zimmer NUR FÜR JULI braucht. Natürlich werden alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände weg sein, aber ich würde gerne die Möbel im Zimmer lassen.
