Servus! We are two friends, Pietro and Fabian, sharing a flat in the grand lands of the 9th district. Fabian is leaving, so there is a chance for a new great communal house life. Room will be available from July on.
The apartment is on the second floor of a Biedermeier-Altbau (early 1800s) and consists of two generous rooms facing south (getting enough sun also in winter) a kitchen with small table, bathroom and a big entreé.
The room in consideration has been recently renovated and it offers a 3 meter long wall wardrobe covered with curtains.
Added to the rental cost there is a 1200 kaution and a 500 euro Ablöse down payment.
The flat is located on the corner of Spitalgasse to WähringerStraße, has a variety of trams (37,40,41,5,33,..) and U6 right there and also U2 and U4 not so far.
Right outside it’s rather lively with all kinds of shops, bakeries, cafés and restaurants and even WUK next door (famous cultural venue).
You will be living with Pietro, 28 years old, from Udine, Italy. Currently in Vienna for a long-term photography project and working in a bar as a part time job.
I enjoy having meals together (although not an every day necessity), watching movies, going for runs.
