Riesengroßes Zimmer, sehr zentral, mit den besten MitbewohnerInnen. Zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Wegen Beginn der Zwischenmiete sind wir flexibel. Kann gerne auch vor oder nach dem 15. März sein ;)

Hallo liebe Menschen ;)
Das Zimmer hat 34qm mit drei Fenstern, wodurch es zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön hell ist. Durch die Größe ist es auch gut für Paare geeignet.
Nun zur Wohnung: Unsere Wohnung hat sechs Schlafzimmer, als Wohnzimmer dient uns der breite Eingangsbereich, wir versammeln uns aber auch gerne mal in einem unserer Zimmer. Ansonsten haben wir eine recht geräumige Küche, ein WC, einen Abstellraum und eine Waschküche, sowie unser Prachtstück von Badezimmer. Alles natürlich im Altbaustil mit hohen Decken und Parkett.

The room has 34sqm with three tall windows, which makes the room nice and bright throughout the day. Because the room is so big, it is also suitable for couples
Now more about the flat: Our apartment has six bedrooms, we use the big entrance area as our cozy living room, but we also gather from time to time in one of the individual bedrooms. We also have a roomy kitchen, a toilet, a storage room and a laundry room, as well as the magnificent bathroom (please note the golden swan in the bathtub). Everything of course in the style of old Vienna, high ceilings and parquet floors.

Unsere Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und bestens angebunden. Alle Unis sind von hier gut öffentlich erreichbar, insbesondere BoKu und Uni Wien (10 Min.). Zur Ubahn Station Währinger Straße Volksoper(U6) sind es nur 2 Gehminuten, genau wie zu den Tramstationen 37, 38, 33, 5 40, 41,42 und der Buslinie 40A.
Einkaufstechnisch haben wir hier eigentlich auch alles um die Ecke, zu Hofer, Billa, Spar Gourmet und dm laufen wir max. fünf Minuten.
Wenn man mal ein bisschen Frischluft schnuppern will läuft man nur zehn Minuten zum Kanal oder zu einem der umliegenden Parks.

Our apartment ist very central and very well connected. All Universities are reachable by public transport, especially BoKu and Uni Wien (10 min walking distance). You need 2 min walking to get to the U6 station Währinger Straße Volksoper and Tram number 37,38,33,5,40, 41,42 and Busline 40A.
Grocery stores like Hofer, Billa, Spar Gourmet and dm are also only 5 min away.
And if you want to get some fresh air, just check out Donaukanal, Augarten, or Währinger Park and Türkenschanzpark.

Unsere WG besteht momentan aus drei Frauen und drei Männern und ein kleiner, braver Hund, teils studierend, teils berufstätig, teils Gassi gehend.
Wir sind alle sehr gesellige Menschen, kochen abends gemeinsam, spielen Karten, machen Ausflüge oder trinken je nach Tageszeit mal einen Kaffee oder ein Bierchen zusammen.
Hier ist es aber auch völlig okay, wenn man sich mal für ein paar Tage im Zimmer verkriechen möchte und wir nehmen natürlich Rücksicht darauf, wenn jemand lernen will oder einfach seine Ruhe braucht. Ein respektvoller und offener Umgang ist uns sehr wichtig und man kann hier mit jeglicher Art von Problem aufeinander zugehen.

Our flatshare consists of 3 women, 3 men and a little, calm dog; partially studying, working or strolling.
We are all very social beings, like to cook together in the evenings, play games, take trips or drink (depending on the time of the day) a coffee or a beer with each other.
But it is also very accepted here, to take time for yourself and retreat to your own room. We are also considerate regarding peoples study time or if you need some quiet. A respectful and open exchange is very important to us and our house is very easy going, and you can share problems of any kind with us.
