Gemütliches Zimmer in Jutapa Wg

We all love the 9th very much, which I'm sure has something to do with the Sunday billa right outside the front door. The apartment is directly at the Bim stations D / 5 / 33 (Franz-Josef-Bahnhof) and the U4 station Friedensbrücke is also only 100 meters away! To the main university is's with the D 10 min and MedUni, TU and so on are also very convenient to reach. In the city center and various parks it's also not far and around the corner's a falafel man, where you can take as much salad as you want! Otherwise, Spar, Hofer, dm and Denns are 3 minutes walk away and sushi and cafes are also. The Danube Canal is also not far and very nice to walk and bike or watch seagulls (you feel then almost like the sea)! By bike you are also pretty fast on the Danube Island, which is priceless especially in summer. Also the Liechtensteinpark and various cafes, as well as the Servieten quarter are close by.


Wir lieben den 9. alle sehr, was sicherlich auch mit dem Sonntagsbilla direkt vor der Haustüre zusammenhängt. Die Wohnung ist direkt an den Bim Stationen D / 5 / 33 (Franz-Josef-Bahnhof) und die U4 Station Friedensbrücke ist auch nur 100 Meter entfernt! Zur Hauptuni sind's mit der D 10 min und MedUni, TU und so weiter sind auch sehr angenehm zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt und diverse Parks ist's auch nicht weit und um die Ecke gibt's einen Falafelmenschen, bei dem man sich so viel Salat nehmen kann, wie man will! Sonst sind Spar, Hofer, dm und Denns 3 Minuten zu fuß entfernt und Sushi und Cafés gibt's auch. Der Donaukanal ist auch nicht weit und sehr schön zum laufen und Fahrrad fahren oder Möwen beobachten (man fühlt sich dann fast wie am Meer)! Mit dem Rad ist man auch ziemlich fix auf der Donauinsel, was gerade im Sommer unbezahlbar ist. Auch der Liechtensteinpark und diverse Cafés, sowie das Servieten Viertel sind direkt in der Nähe.

Wer sind wir? Padraig, Max und Luca.

Padraig, 20, sitzt gerne mal mit seiner Gitarre in der Küche oder in den Straßen der Stadt und erklärt die Aussprache seines irischen Names gerne mit einem Vergleich zu "Porridge, aber mit k" - Max, kommt ursprünglich aus Italien, studiert Psychologie, arbeitet im Schauspielhaus und ist generell sehr engagiert im Bereich Musik, Theater und Film und liebt Kaffee! - Luca wird uns und Wien leider Ende August schon verlassen und auch Max plant bald auszuziehen. Es werden also mehrere Zimmer frei und die WG befindet sich in einer Transitionsphase. Momentan gestaltet sich die WG etwas neu und mit frischem Wind würden wir uns freuen jemanden kennen zu lernen, der Lust hat auch was zusammen zu unternehmen, die Wohnung schöner zu machen und eine neue schöne WG-Gemeinschaft aufzubauen.

Wir wünschen uns aber auf jeden Fall keine Zweck Wg, mehr ein alles kann/nicht muss zusammen leben mit viel "spontan auf ein Konzert um die ecke" oder gemeinsam essen gehen/kochen.

Who are we? Padraig, Max and Luca.

Padraig, 20, likes to sit with his guitar in the kitchen or in the streets of the city and likes to explain the pronunciation of his Irish name with a comparison to "porridge, but with a k" - Max, originally from Italy, studies psychology, works at the Schauspielhaus and is generally very involved in music, theater and film and loves coffee! - Luca will unfortunately leave us and Vienna already at the end of August and Max is also planning to move out soon. So there are several rooms available and the WG is in a transition phase at the moment. That means there is lots of potential and room for you to create the kind of WG you like. We would be happy to meet someone who wants to do something together, make the apartment nicer and build a new nice WG community.

In any case, however, we wouldn't like a purpose WG, but rather an everything can, nothing has to happen kind of living together with a lot of "let's go spontaneously to a concert around the corner" or go out to eat / cook together.

Neben der Kaution gibt es auch noch ein Hochbett was übernommen werden müsste. (ca. 180 Euro) Auch der Schreibtisch, der in die Niesche eingebaut wurde, kann bei Bedarf gerne für eine kleine Ablöse (ca. 20 Euro) übernommen werden.

Außerdem wird ein neuer Hauptmieter/eine neue Hauptmieterin gesucht. Die Verantwortung teilen wir uns sowieso, es würde also hauptsächlich nur um die offizielle Unterschrift gehen, also kein big deal :)
