The room is really bright all day and spacious enough for the double bed, desk couch etc to fit comfortably. It is really cosy in the winter but doesn't heat up too much in the summer either :) There is a door to the next bedroom, which is always locked and I have fitted as a wardrobe. Myself and my flatmate Johannes have never had a problem with noise between the two rooms, but it could also be insulated fairly easily.
The furniture can be taken over for a reasonable fee that we can discuss, but I can also sell things that you don't want or need.
The location of the flat is really great. The U6 nussdorferstasse, 37, 38 trams and 37a and 40 busses are all less than 5 minutes away to name a few. Personally I cycle everywhere and am in the first district in 10 minutes. The 9th district is one of the nicest districts in the city, with loads of nice parks, cafes etc. In the summer, the donauinsel is 15 minutes on the bike or a couple of stops on the U6 away :)
Your flatmates would be Lavi, Johannes, Jenny and Diana. It's a pretty international flat and we mostly speak English or German together, but neither is necessary. There are no obligations (except the very simple cleaning plan) but we often cook and eat together or chill in the living room. Everyone either works and studies, and the atmosphere in the flat is generally quite chill.
The flat itself is really spacious with a big kitchen and living room. There are two bathrooms shared between everyone, both with a toilet and shower and one with a big bath.
The rent is 360 including all bills. Move-in date can be discussed :)
