Hallo liebe Nachnmietis,
wir, das sind Anna und Nikita, haben eine wundervolle Zeit in diesen zwei Zimmern verbracht. Da wir ein Paar sind, hats uns nichts ausgemacht, dass die Zimmer direkt miteinander verbunden sind (Durchgangszimmer) - wir haben einfach eines als Wohnzimmer und das andere als Schlafzimmer genutzt :-D. Allerdings wird Anna nun in eine andere Stadt ziehen, weshalb wir uns beide entschieden haben, aus unserer lieben WG auszuziehen.
Zimmer 1 ist etwa 21qm groß und führt in Zimmer 2, welches 17qm groß ist. Ideal wären also 2 Freunde oder ein Pärchen, die es nicht stört, dass man durch das eine Zimmer durch muss, um ins andere zu gelangen. Da wir beide Zimmer gleichermaßen genutzt haben, haben wir jeweils 415€ pro Zimmer gezahlt.
Meldet euch aber auch gerne, wenn ihr als Einzelperson kommt. Wenn die Zimmer einzeln bezogen werden, dann kann dies neu ausverhandelt werden (z.b. 400€ Zimmer 2 und 430€ Zimmer 1).
Die Zimmer sind superhell, also selbst im Winter strahlt die Sonne wunderschön rein, wenn sie denn scheint. (Die Fotos habe ich am 30.12. aufgenommen :) ) Ansonsten gibt es eine schöne Küche, Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, ein getrenntes Klo und 2 sehr liebe Mitbewohner*innen (25-28).
We, Anna and Nikita, had a wonderful time in these two rooms. Since we are a couple, we didn't mind that the rooms are directly connected to each other (Durchgangszimmer) - we just used one as a living room and the other as a bedroom :-D. However, Anna will now move to another city, which is why we both decided to move out of our lovely shared flat.
Room 1 is about 21sqm and leads into room 2, which is 17sqm. So the ideal situation would be 2 friends or a couple who don't mind having to go through one room to get to the other. Since we used both rooms equally, we paid 415€ per room.
But feel free to contact us if you come as a single person. If the rooms are used individually, the price can be renegotiated (e.g. 400€ room 2 and 430€ room 1).
The rooms are super bright, so even in winter the sun shines in beautifully when it shines. (I took the photos on 30.12. :) ) Apart from that, there is a nice kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, a separate toilet and 2 very nice flatmates (25-28).
Die Lage ist tiptop, rechts gleich der Donaukanal (perfekt zum Joggen oder Chillen), ausreichend Parks ums Eck und liegt perfekt zwischen zahlreichen Unis (alte WU, Hauptuni, Mathe-Fakultät, Boku). Da die Wohnung unweit vom Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof liegt, sind die Anbindung entsprechend gut - U4, 5 und D bringen einen überall hin!
The location is great, with the Donaukanal on the right (perfect for jogging or chilling out), plenty of parks around the corner and perfectly situated between numerous universities (alte WU, Hauptuni, Maths Faculty, Boku). Since the flat is not far from the Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, the connections are excellent - U4, 5 and D take you everywhere!
Zusätzlich zu uns wird ein weiterer Mitbewohner im August ausziehen. D.h. es bleiben noch zwei Mitbewohnis, Pia und Ernesto. Beide studieren und haben einen recht geregelten Alltag mit Uni, Arbeit, Sport und was noch so in die Freizeit fällt. Doch uns war es bisher immer wichtig eine gute Beziehung untereinander zu haben und immer wieder gemeinsame Sachen zu unternehmen (Filmabende, Fortgehen etc.). Man kann sich hier also richtig wohl fühlen und hat RUhe, wenn man sie braucht, aber auch Gesellschaft :-D
In addition to us, another flatmate will move out in August. That means there are two flatmates left, Pia and Ernesto. Both are studying and have a pretty organised everyday life with university, work, sports and whatever else falls into free time. But it has always been important for us to have a good relationship with each other and to do things together (film evenings, going out, etc.). So you can feel really comfortable here and be on your own when you need it, but also company :-D
