Dear all,
We have two rooms, one with 21 m2 and one with 16 m2 in a freshly renovated, 135m2 big flat. There is a dining room, a guest room and there are storage possibities. The rooms can be empty or there is also the option to overtake some muebles from the further renters. The price of 400 includes heating, electricity and internet. The windows go out on Randhartingergasse, a quiet street.

On the corner to Quellenstraße, it's a diverse, lively area, 5 min walk to Ankerbrotfabrik, many shops around, 2 min to the tram station Schrankenbergstraße, close to Reumannplatz and Metro.

We are a family, Fatih (40), Hannah (7), Natalie (33) and our cat Loki (0,5). The last years we spent travelling in our van, now we are back to the city, though summertime we spend mostly in our garden in the outskirts of Vienna. Hannah is going to school, Natalie works as a freelance artist, Fatih in the field of Social work.

We are looking for kids- and cat-friendly people, who would like to share this great flat with us. We like to cook and sit together and respect everybody's privacy as well. We wish for an open communication about issues regarding the flat, and a meeting once a month where we take some time about issues regarding the flat. We invite you to cocreate our communal living project and enjoy life together :)
