Die WG befindet sich direkt am Reumannplatz im 10. Bezirk. Von dort kommt ihr mit der U1 in ca. 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. in 12 Minuten zum Stephansplatz. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist wirklich super, egal ob mit U-Bahn, Bus oder Straßenbahn. Falls ihr Hunger bekommt, findet ihr den Eissalon Tichy direkt um die Ecke und könnt euch an deren berühmten Eismarillenknödeln gütlich tun. Auf der Favoritenstraße könnt ihr euch außerdem zu günstigen Preisen an diversen internationalen Gerichten satt essen. Um die Kalorien wieder zu verbrennen erreicht ihr zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten das Amalienbad, ein wunderschönes Schwimmbad im Art-Déco-Stil.

The flat is located at Reumannplatz in the 10th District. From there, the subway U1 brings you to Vienna Main Station in about 5 minutes or to Stephansplatz in 12 minutes. There are really a lot of possibilities for public transport, ranging from the subway to busses and tramways. If you get hungry the famous Ice cream parlour Tichy is right around the corner. On Favoritenstraße you can also endulge in a lot of international cuisines at affordable prices. To burn off the calories you might want to head to Amalienbad (about 5 minutes on foot), a beautiful public pool in the Art Déco style.

Mit euch in der WG wohnen noch Marta (30) und Johannes (26). Martha kommt aus Polen und arbeitet als Bauingenieurin. Tagsüber ist sie meistens auf der Arbeit. Johannes kommt aus Vorarlberg und studiert an der FH Wiener Neustadt Management & Entrepreneurship. Freitags und samstags pendelt er zur FH, unter der Woche ist er auch öfter zu Hause. Wir haben ein gemeinsames WG-Konto für die Miete und teilen uns die Kosten für Haushaltsartikel (Putzmittel, Müllbeutel, Klopapier etc.). Unsere Tagesabläufe sind recht verschieden, weshalb wir nicht so viel Zeit gemeinsam in der WG verbringen, aber ihr könnt immer gerne Freund*innen einladen :)
Unser Putzplan ist nach verschiedenen Aufgaben aufgeteilt und wir schauen, das jeder ungefähr gleich viel beiträgt, aber sind auch flexibel, falls jemand mal weniger Zeit hat.

Your two roommates are Marta (30) and Johannes (26). Martha is from Poland and working as a civil engineer. During the day she is usually at work. Johannes is from Vorarlberg and studying Management & Entrepreneurship at a college in Wiener Neustadt. On fridays and saturdays he commutes to college, during the rest of the week he is also often at the flat. We have a common account for the rent and we share the cost of household items (cleaning products, garbage bags, toilet paper etc.). Our schedules are quite different so we don't spend too much time together at the flat but you can always invite friends over :)
Our cleaning plan is split into different tasks and we are mindful that everybody contributes evenly but we also understand if someone doesn't have time to clean once in a while.

Die Kaution beträgt 1000€. Für die Möbel und unsere neue Waschmaschine ist eine Abschlagszahlung von 150€ fällig.
Die Gastherme muss einmal im Jahr gewartet werden. Dafür fallen etwa 120€ an, die wir untereinander aufteilen.

Once a year we have to pay for maintenance on the gas heating, which costs about 120€ and we share the cost.
