Das Haus besteht aus einem Schuhraum, einem sehr großen, hellen Wohnzimmer und Küche (ca. 35-40 mt), einem geteilten Badezimmer (WC und Badewanne / Waschmaschinenraum), einem großen Flur, einem praktischen Abstellraum und 3 Schlafzimmern. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück des Hauses: cool eingerichtet, mit zwei massiven Sofas und zwei Tischen, ist es der perfekte Ort, um nach der Arbeit zu entspannen, Musik zu hören, zu lesen oder in der voll ausgestatteten Eckküche zu kochen.
Mein Zimmer ist klein (etwa 9 m im Quadrat) und sehr ruhig, da es nicht zur Straße hin liegt. Alles, was ich verlassen wird, ist ein bequemes Doppelbett (wenn Sie es nicht brauchen, können wir es diskutieren).

The house is composed of a shoe-room entrance, a very large, bright living room and kitchen (around 35-40 mt), a divided bathroom (toilet, and bathtub / washing machine space), a large hallway, a handy storage room and 3 bedrooms. The living room is the centerpiece of the house: cooly decorated, with two massive sofas and two tables, it is the perfect spot to chill after work, listen to music, read or cook in the fully furnished corner kitchen.
My room is small (around 9mts square), and very quiet as it faces a backyard. All I will leave is a comfy double sized bed (if you do not need it we can discuss it).

The apartment is located in the vibrant and multicultural 10th district Favoriten, within 5 minutes walking from the U1 Station Troststraße (10 min total to Hbf, 15 to Karlsplatz and Schwedenplatz), and 10 minutes from the huge Wienerberg park.
Ab Juli im Haus wird unsere reizende Mitbewohnerin bleiben, sie ist ein 27 Jahre alter Arbeiter und Yoga-Lehrer, super chill Person zu leben mit.
