Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage in der Nähe vom Reumannplatz, mit Anbindung an die U1, diversen Straßenbahn und Buslinien und ca. 15 Minuten mit den Öffis vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer, Billaplus, Lidl, dm, etc.) sowie einige Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Favoritenstraße. Außerdem ist das Naherholungsgebiet Wienerberg in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich die Heubergwiese, die zu schönen Spaziergängen einläd.

The apartment is located in a great location near Reumannplatz, with access to U1, various tram and bus lines, and approximately 15 minutes by public transport from the main train station. There are numerous supermarkets nearby (Billa, Spar, Hofer, Billaplus, Lidl, dm, etc.), as well as several restaurants and shops on the Favoritenstraße. The Wienerberg recreational area is reachable in 15 minutes by bike, and just a 10-minute walk away is the Heubergwiese, which is a great place for evening strolls.
Ich, Anke (24), werde diese tolle Dreier-WG im 10. Bezirk leider für 6 Monate verlassen, da ich von Juli bis ca. Februar ein Auslandssemester antreten werde. Mein Zimmer würde ich in dieser Zeit gerne vollmöbliert untervermieten, am liebsten an jemanden der kurzzeitig auch gerne meine Pflanzen adoptieren würde. Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen Leah (22) und Daniela (24) sind absolute Schatzis die eine*n coole*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in verdient haben.
Wir suchen nach jemanden der/die Lust auf eine eher gemeinschaftliche WG hat. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem tagsüber gelernt, gegessen etc. werden kann und in dem man abends beisammmensitzt, gemütlich was trinkt, was anschaut oder auch ab und an Freund*innen einladen kann.
Bisher haben wir uns sehr viel geteilt, und auch bestimmte Lebensmittel zusammen eingekauft, das ist aber in Zukunft absolut kein Muss.
Ich (Leah) bin ursprünglich aus Innsbruck, studiere derzeit Raumplanung an der TU im Master, gehe gern bouldern, radfahren und snowboarde im Winter gerne und spiele Trompete :)
Ich (Daniela) bin aus OÖ, studiere an der TU im Master Technische Chemie. Ich bin politisch aktiv, bin sehr Musik (big Swiftie) und Kultur interessiert, geh gerne Laufen und Wandern und bin für jede Debatte zu haben
In unserer WG hat jede Art von Hass und Diskriminierung keinen Platz.

I, Anke (24), unfortunately will be leaving this fantastic three-person flatshare in the 10th district for 6 months as I will be on a semester abroad from July until approximately February. During this time, I would like to rent my room fully furnished, preferably to someone who would also be willing to temporarily adopt my plants. My two flatmates, Leah (22) and Daniela (24), are absolute gems who deserve a cool new flatmate.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a more communal living arrangement. The apartment features a large living room where one can study, eat, etc., during the day and where we gather in the evenings to relax, have drinks, watch something, or occasionally invite friends over. So far, we've shared a lot and also bought certain groceries together, but this will not be mandatory in the future.
I (Leah) am originally from Innsbruck, currently studying Spatial Planning at TU in the Master's program. I enjoy bouldering, cycling, and snowboarding in the winter, and I also play the trumpet.
I (Daniela) am from Upper Austria, studying Technical Chemistry at TU in the Master's program. I am politically active, passionate about music (a big Swiftie), and culture, enjoy running and hiking, and I'm up for any debate.
In our flatshare, there is no room for any kind of hate or discrimination.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juli frei. Da ich meinen Flug aber noch nicht gebucht habe, könnten wir das Einzugsdatum auch etwas nach hinten verschieben. Die Miete beträgt 415€ all-inclusive, die Kaution beträgt 990€.

The room is available from July 1st. However, since I haven't booked my flight yet, we could also postpone the move-in date a bit. The rent is €415 all-inclusive, and the deposit is €990.
