Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte und verfügt über einen eigenen Garten, in dem wir garteln, grillen, sonnenbaden und an irgendwelchen (Bastel)projekten werkeln.
Wir beherbergen ein Bienenvolk auf dem Vordach über dem Eingang des Hauses. Der Imker ist ein guter Freund von uns. Es gibt also Honig aus der engsten Nachbarschaft.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Von Frühling bis Sommer wird man hauptsächlich von Vögeln unterhalten. Im angrenzenden "Erholungsgebiet Wienerberg" kann man wunderbar laufen und spazieren gehen, der Wienerberg-Teich ist ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.
Das Haus ist ca. 1 Min Fußweg von der nächsten Öffi-Haltestelle (Linie 1, 15A und 65A, Stefan-Fadinger-Platz) entfernt. U-bahn und S-bahn Stationen (Altes Landgut, Bahnhof Meidling, Matzleinsdorfer Platz) sind mit Bus oder Fahrrad in ca. 10-15 min erreichbar. Insgesamt dauert es ca. eine halbe Stunde in die Stadtmitte. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es sogar ein bisschen schneller.

The house is a semi-detached house and has its own garden where we like to grow plants, barbecue, sunbathe and work on some (handicraft) projects.
We house a colony of bees on the canopy above the entrance to the house. The beekeeper is a good friend of ours (so there is honey from close neighbourhood).
The location is very quiet. From spring to summer we are mainly entertained by birds. The adjacent Wienerberg park is also a wonderful place to go for a walk or jogging. The Wienerberg pond is only a 10-minute walk by foot.
The house is about 1 minute away from the nearest public transport stop (Line 1, 15A and 65A Stefan-Fadinger-Platz). U-bahn and S-bahn stations (Altes Landgut, Bahnhof Meidling, Matzleinsdorfer Platz) can be reached by bus or bicycle in about 10-15 minutes. In total it takes about half an hour to get to the city centre, by bike a bit less.

Wir sind ein Paar und leben schon seit längerem zusammen.
Dóri ist Künstlerin und Designerin, zZ. auch Angewandte-Studentin.
Flo ist Filmemacher und Filmvorführer.
Wir legen viel wert auf Details, sind achtsam, sensibel und umsichtig, hilfsbereit, großzügig und fürsorglich, aber auch ein bisschen pedantisch, perfektionistisch und (für manche) vielleicht ein bisschen zu ordentlich.
Es wird viel gekocht, gebacken und nach Möglichkeit nichts verschwendet. Wir mögen natürliche und langlebige Dinge. Es wird kompostiert, repariert und viel wiederverwendet. Wir habe viele Interessen und wenig Desinteresse und bringen uns gerne Neues bei - aber wir scheitern auch oft und probieren es dann nochmal...
Wir suchen jemanden, der*die das Alles sympathisch findet oder sich darin wiedererkennt. :)

We are a couple who have been living together for quite some time.
Dóri(w) is an artist and designer, currently also a student at the University of Applied Arts.
Flo(m) is a filmmaker and projectionist.
We pay a lot of attention to detail, are observant, sensitive and thoughtful, helpful, generous and caring, but also a bit pedantic, perfectionist and (for some) maybe a bit too tidy.
There is a lot of cooking, baking and, if possible, nothing gets wasted. We like natural and durable things. We compost, repair and try to reuse as much as possible. We have many interests and little disinterest and like to teach us new things - but we also often fail and then try again...
We are looking for someone who can relate to all of that or recognizes her*himself in it. :)
