I moving out to move in with my boyfriend and offering my cozy room which i will be really sad to leave as it’s ideal in many ways. Fully furnished. (I bought many stuff new but i will let it to you with extemly cheap price). It’s located close to the city center (like 10 min away or 3 metro stations) in a district with many shops (all kinds of) and just 1 min away from the subway station (30 sec if you walk fast:D). The room itself is 23 sq m in 85 sq m viennese flat. It’s not cold by winter and not hot by summer and is really spatious. The layout oc the apartment is that you have a lot of privacy as the rooms are on the opposite sides. The street outside is really quite too. You will share it with another girl. The apartment is fully equipped (including dishwasher, washing machine, all the equipment). I also have a movie projector for you to have cozy nigths in if you’d like. There’s gym nearby as well and shops that open by sundays. The deposit and equipment fee can be paid in installments (300/300 € and 100/100 € in 2 months). Plus i can let your some of décorations or take them as you wish. I attached the pics how the room looks when empty before i moved in :)
Shops 30 sec away, public transport 1 min away, many coffee places, cool parks, 10 min by foot to the main railway station.
