Das Zimmer wird zum 6. November frei (oder 15.11)
Es hat ca. 20qm (vielleicht bisschen mehr, bin mir da nicht ganz sicher) mit großen Fenster mit Blick auf eine kleine Seitenstraße. Ansonsten gibt es noch eine Küche, 2 Bäder und ein kleines extra Klo. Ein kleiner Balkon zum Rauchen ist auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer werde ich möbiliert überlassen, da ich meine Möbel beim Umzug leider nicht mitnehmen kann. Hierbei übergebe ich mein 140x200 Bett + Matratze, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch, Sofa + Sessel, 2 Teppiche, paar Bretter für ein Regal. Die Ablöse wären ca. 400€

The room will be available on November 6 (Oder 15.11.).
It has about 20sqm (maybe a bit more, not sure) with big windows overlooking a small side street. Otherwise there is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a small extra loo. A small balcony for smoking is also available.
I will leave the room furnished, because I can not take my furniture with me when I move. Here I hand over my 140x200 bed + mattress, desk, nightstand, sofa + armchair, 2 carpets, a few boards for a shelf. The transfer fee would be about 400€
Man ist sehr gut angebunden. In 2 min. Entfernung gibt es eine S-Bahn mit der man in 14 min zum Praterstern kommt, eine Straßenbahn und eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof. Ansonsten erreicht man mit 8 min Fußweg die U3.
Supermärkte sind auch gleich in der Nähe (Lidl, Billa, Spar je 2 min Fußweg)

One is very well connected. In 2 min. distance there is a trainstation with which you can get to Praterstern in 14 min, a streetcar and a bus stop with direct connection to the main station. Otherwise, you can reach the U3 with 8 min walk.
Supermarkets are also nearby (Lidl, Billa, Spar each 2 min walk).
Die WG besteht eigentlich aus 5 Personen (Salli (27), Fikhar (23), Martina (23) und Lorena (22)), jedoch ist Lorena so gut wie nie da. Salli arbeitet als Fitnesstrainer und kocht sehr gerne. Er lebt am längsten hier und spricht deutsch und englisch. Fikhar kommt aus Indonesien und studiert derzeit in Wien. Martina ist vor kurzem aus Italien hergezogen und arbeitet als Flugbegleiterin.
Alle MitbewohnerInnen sind sehr nett und immer bereit für einen kleinen Plausch, dennoch wird auch der eigene Freiraum und Privatsphäre respektiert :)

The shared flat actually consists of 5 people (Salli (27), Fikhar (23), Martina (23) and Lorena (22)), but Lorena is hardly ever there. Salli works as a fitness trainer and loves to cook. He has lived here the longest and speaks German and English. Fikhar is from Indonesia and is currently studying in Vienna. Martina recently moved here from Italy and works as a flight attendant.
All roommates are very nice and always ready for a little chat, yet their own space and privacy is also respected :)
