Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes und verfügt über einen Innenhof. In diesem Bereich herrscht Ruhe und es gibt keinen Lärm von außen, da das Haus über dicke Fenster verfügt.
Das Haus verfügt über jeweils 4 Zimmer mit Schlüsselzugang. Die Heizung erfolgt durch Fußbodenheizung, die über die gesamte Holzfläche in jeder Ecke verteilt ist. Das Wohnzimmer/die Küche ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über einen ausziehbaren Tisch sowie eine weitere Hilfsplatte, außerdem verfügt es über einen großen 50-Zoll-Bildschirm, um Serien oder Filme ansehen zu können.
Die Badezimmer sind in drei Teile unterteilt, eine separate Toilette, eine separate Dusche und ein weiteres komplettes Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Darüber hinaus verfügt es auch über ein kleines Zimmer, in dem das Essen aufbewahrt werden kann.
Das Zimmer, das ich verlasse, ist möbliert, wenn gewünscht, und bezahlt die Möbel separat. Es verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, einen neuen Stuhl, ein Sofa, das in ein Bett umgewandelt werden kann, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Doppelbett sowie ein Regal.

The house has 4 rooms each with key access. The heating is through underfloor heating distributed throughout the wooden surface in every corner. The living room/kitchen is very spacious and has an extendible table in addition to another auxiliary, it also has a large 50-inch screen to watch series or movies.
The bathrooms are divided into three parts, a separate toilet, a separate shower and another full bathroom with bathtub.
In addition to all this, it also has a small room to store food.

El apartamentamento se encuentra en la planta baja de edificio y cuenta con un patio. En esta zona reina la tranquilidad y no se ote ruido del exterior dado a que la casa cuenta con ventanas de acristalmiento grueso.
La casa dispone de 4 habitaciones cada una de ellas con acceso con llave. La calefacción es mediante suelo radiante distribuida por toda la superfice de madera en cada rincón. El salón/cocina es muy amplio y cuenta con una mesa extendible además de otra auxiliar, además tiene una gran pantalla de 50 pulgadas para poder ver series o películas.
Los baños están divididos en tres partes, un toilet separado, una ducha separada y otro baño completo con bañera.
Ademas de todo esto, tambien cuenta con un pequeño cuarto para guardar la comida.
La habitación que estoy dejando está amueblada, si se desea, pagandose los muebles a parte. Cuenta cin escritorio, silla nueva, sofá convertible en cama, armario y cama doble ademas de una estantería.

Viele Geschäfte (Billa, Spar, Müller, DM, Hofer...) 2 parallele Straßen entfernt, Banken, Fitnessstudio Fitinn und famacia ganz in der Nähe.

El apartamento se encuentra en el Erlgasse, muy cerca de la estación de Meidling, una de las principales de Viena donde existen conexiones con todos los trenes rápidos y la U6 así como la U4. Está a 30 minutos hasta el aeropuerto y 25 minutos hasta Stephansplatz.
