ab sofort kann in unserer WG im 12ten Bezirk ein helles, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer (29 qm) bezogen werden :)! Das Zimmer ist (optional) komplett möbliert, mit Doppelbett, Ecksofa, Schublade, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischsessel (alles top Zustand).
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß und perfekt für eine 4er WG geeignet. Neben einer relativ großen Küche (12 qm) und einem gemeinschaftlichen Wohnzimmer (25,09 qm) haben wir zwei Bäder (6,73 qm & 5,90 qm) und eine Dachterasse (7 qm). Jedes Zimmer hat Parkettboden, Klimaanlage und ist neutral weiss gestrichen. Besonders dein Zimmer bietet mit der hohen Decke und der leichten Dachschräge ein besonders gemütlichen Flair.

A bright, sunlit room (29 sqm) is available for immediate occupancy in our flatshare in the 12th district :)! The room can be fully furnished (optional), with a double bed, corner sofa, drawer, desk, and desk chair (all in great condition).
The apartment is really spacious and perfect for a 4-person flatshare. In addition to a relatively large kitchen (12 sqm) and a communal living room (25.09 sqm), we have two bathrooms (6.73 sqm & 5.90 sqm) and a rooftop terrace (7 sqm). Each room has parquet flooring, air conditioning, and is painted in neutral white. Your room, in particular, offers a cozy atmosphere with its high ceiling and slight sloping roof.
Die vielen Grünflächen in unserer näheren Umgebung machen unsere Wohnung besonders lebenswert.
Der Schönbrunner Schlosspark ist zu Fuß in nur 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Schlosspark bietet sich ideal dazu an, um laufen zu gehen bzw. sich sportlich zu betätigen. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet die Schönbrunner Allee eine schöne Atmosphäre. Es führt eine befahrene Straße an der WG vorbei, diese ist aber nur minimal zu vernehmen. Vor allem in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig.

The numerous green areas in our area make our apartment particularly appealing.
The Schönbrunn Palace Park is only a 7-minute walk away. The park is ideal for jogging or sports activities. The Schönbrunner Allee offers a pleasant atmosphere in every season. A busy road passes by the flatshare, but it is barely noticeable. Especially at night, it is very quiet.
In der Wohnung leben Vivian, Simon und Christian, alle zwischen 28 und 30 Jahren alt. Sie freuen sich darauf, gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu unternehmen (wie Brettspiele, Grillabende auf dem Balkon, Filmabende, Sport, Escape Rooms), respektieren aber auch den persönlichen Raum des anderen. Sie würden sich über jemanden freuen, der respektvoll, ordentlich ist und von Zeit zu Zeit für gemeinsame Aktivitäten offen ist :)

In the flat are Vivian, Simon and Christian, between 28-30. They are happy to do activities together (such as board games, BBQs on the balcony, film nights, sports, escape rooms) but also respect each others personal space. They would be happy to have someone who is respectful, tidy and would be open for activities together from time to time :)
