Somit ist es möglich, dass du nur ein Zimmer (diese Anzeige) oder die ganze Wohnung mietest. Wenn du nur das Zimmer mietest, wirst du wahrscheinlich mit einem/einer anderen Mitbewohner*in leben (die ich gerade suche).
Price:
385€ monthly rent. We calculated 140€ per month for electricity since we are heating with infrared heater. Internet + insurance.

In der Miete ist bereits der Strom (bei einer Berechnung von 140€ monatlich/ geheizt wird per Infrarotheizung), Internet und die Versicherung beinhaltet.
Ich habe Nicht-Raucher*innen aufgrund von gesundheitlichen Ansichten angegeben, ab und zu Rauchen sollte jedoch trotzdem im eigenen Zimmer möglich sein, solange es nicht in der ganzen Wohnung bemerkbar wird.
Waschmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Keller (Waschmaschine).
