Da ich in den kommenden Tagen ausziehen werde, wird mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer in einer 2er WG ab 1. August frei. Das Zimmer hat ca. 14m2 und ist durch die 4 Dachfenster super hell. Gerne würde ich mein Schreibtisch mit Regal (siehe Foto) und eine Vorrichtung für Kleidung dalassen. Das können wir aber auch noch besprechen.
Die WG ist in einer neu renovierten Dachgeschosswohnung - inklusive Balkon - im 12. Bezirk. Sie liegt direkt bei der U6 Station Niederhofstraße und bei den Bushaltestellen 63A und 10A. Gegenüber ist ein top Interspar und auch sonst ist alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Mit dir wohnen würde Verena, eine 21-jährige Sport- und Physikstudentin aus Vorarlberg. Wir haben einige schöne Stunden gemeinsam verbracht und hoffe, dass ihr Beiden das dann so fortführen könnt.
Die Mietkosten liegen bei 395€. Das Einzige was dann noch hinzukommen würde, wäre das Internet.
