Da ich im Sommer nicht in Wien bin, suche ich einen 4. Mitbewohner für unsere Wohnung (125m2) ab dem 15.06.2021 bis Ende August/Ende September.
Meines Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert, ca. 15 m2 groß und hat ein großes Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige und neue Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Schönbrunner Park entfernt und ganz in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Apotheken sowie den Linien U4 und U6.
Die Miete beinhaltet Wasser, Heizung und Internet, nur Strom ist zusätzlich (20€/Monat).
Wir sind eine internationale Wohngemeinschaft, die sich aus Julian (Architekt, 35 Jahre), Georg (Wirtschaft trainee, 25 Jahre) und Mariana (Biologie Studentin, 24 Jahre) zusammensetzt. Wir treffen uns gerne spontan in der Küche, um uns zu unterhalten, zu kochen oder etwas zu trinken oder Brettspiele spielen.

Hello! 🌞 Since I will leave Vienna during summer, I am looking for someone that would join our flat (125m2) from 15.06.2021 to 30.08.21 or 30.09.21.
The room is completely furnished, around 15m2, with a big window on the quiet inner courtyard.
The flat has a spacious and new kitchen, a big living room, balcony, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is located a 5 minutes walk to the Schönbrunn park and is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and both the U4 and U6 lines. The rent included water, heating and internet, only electricity is additional (20€/month).
We are an international flatshare composed of Georg (25yo, trainee in Economics), Julian (35yo, architect) (student from Italy, 24yo) and Mariana (24yo biology student) and we like to spontaneously meet in the kitchen for chatting, cooking or drinking something, or play board games.
