Hallo ! Ich verlasse mein Zimmer ab ende Mai in einer gemütlichen WG, weil ich nach Frankreich zurückkehre. (Verzeih mein Deutsch, und sag bescheid, wenn etw in dem Text nicht klar ist ^^).
Die WG liegt in einem Gebäude einer alten Schokoladenfabrik, die in Wohnungen und Büros umgebaut wurde. Deshalb gibt's keine Nachbarn unten und oben, und das beste 4 Meter Raumhöhe.
Sie besteht aus 6 Schlafzimmern, einem riesigen Wohnzimmer in L, zwei Bädern, und zwei Toiletten.
Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet : Offen, Micro-welle, Herd, Geschirrspüllmaschine.
Dazu gibt's eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Die Küche ist auf dem Wohnzimmer offen mit einer Theke. 3 Couchs im Gemeinschaftsraum. Sehr hell dank einem riesigen Fenster.
Keine Dachterrasse aber Zugang zum Dach von 1. Stock durch das Zimmer von Anne, Leoni oder Hannes, wo man lesen und Sonne genießen kann.
Mein Zimmer ist nicht die größte, was den Bodenraum betrifft, aber es ist unbedingt mit der riesigen zweiten Ebene. Der Zimmeraufbau erlaubt ein kleines Wohnzimmer am Boden zu gestalten, und den Schlafraum in der Intimität von Oben zu gestalten. Es erlaubt auch das Lagern von vielen Sachen oben (bildende Künstler.innen und Kleidung Sammler.innen sind willkommen!).
Ein großes Fenster macht das Zimmer sehr hell.
Als ich nach Frankreich ziehe, lass ich dir alle Möbel du magst kostenlos : Schlafmatraze, Couch, Tisch, Schränke, ...

Hello ! I live Vienna by the end of Mai, and therefore my room in this nice shared Loft. (Sorry for my poor english, I am french, und speak more german than english these days) But my flatmates speak all very well english, and will also gladly live with non-german people.
This Loft is in an old chocolatefabrik, and therefore has no neighbours above and beneath, and the very best : 4 meters high from ground to ceiling!
There are 6 bedrooms, one huge livingroom, 2 badrooms and 2 toiletts. The kitchen is very well equiped. And the badrooms also (washmachine and dryer).
The kitchen is open on the living through a bar. And all the flat is very sunny thanks to huge windows.
There is no rooftop, but all the same a access to the roof of the first floor through 3 of the 6 bedrooms, what allows to take profit of sunny afternoun even without having to go outside.
My bedroom is not the biggest considering only the space on the ground level, but it is undoubtly considering the mezzanine. The way it is built allows to have a little living room downstairs and an intimate bedroom upstairs. Or you can take advantage of this to stock lot of stuffs (plastic artists and collectors of any kind are wellcome ;) .In my bedroom stand also a huge window.
As I go back to France, I leave you free all the furniture you want (bed, sofa, ...)
Am U4 Margaretengürtel, und auch sehr nah von U6 Längenfeldgasse. Straßenbahnen 18 und 6 auch beim Margaretengürtel.
Bruno Kreisky Park 3 minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Gleich vor der WG gibt's auch ein Basketfeld und ein Beachvolleyfeld.
Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, als die Wohnung auf der Grenze zwischen 12. 5. und 6. Bezirk liegt. Viele Geschäfte in der nähe.

Next to the metrostation Margaretengürtel U4 and also very close to station Längenfeldgasse U6. Tramlines 18 and 6 also at Margaretengürtel station.
The location is quite central, 10 minutes with bike from the very center, and the best districts are already very next to the flat (the fifth and the sixth are directly across the street).
Eine lebende und gemütliche WG, wo gern am Abend ein Glaswein getrunken wird.
Es wird oft zusammen gekocht, einen Basketball gespielt oder einen Film angeschaut (mit dem Beamer von Hannes), aber wir sind auch ziemlich selbständig und beachten auch die Privatsphäre von Jedem und Jeder. Dank großen Zimmern kann auch jede.r seine Ruhe haben.
Einige Mitbewohner.Innen werden auch ihre Zimmer verlassen, aber warscheinlich erst am Ende des Sommers. Also du kannst schon hier einziehen, wenn du vorhast, mit Freunden von dir zu wohnen, da zwischen 3 und 5 Zimmern werden frei zu einer Zeit.

A lively and comfortable flat, where we enjoy drinking wine together at night. We also cook some times together oder watch a movie, but we are also very independant from each other and we respect the private sphere of each of us.
Some of my flatmates will leave at the end of the summer, so if you want to set here with other friends, you can already take the room that is free. Between 3 to 5 rooms will also be free at some point.
Das Datum deines Einzug kann auch bisschen später sein, wenn es bei dir besser ist.
Bei interesse schreib uns bitte eine Nachricht mit einigen Angaben zu dir! Wir würden dann einen Videocall und/oder Besichtigung vereinbaren.
