Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen grünen Hietzing. Während der Morgenstunden kann man bereits dem ein oder anderen Vogelzwitschern lauschen und in unserem wunderschönen Innenhof Eichhörnchen beobachten. Der traumhaft schöne Schlossparkt Schönbrunn ist in 4 Minuten Gehweite zu erreichen und lädt zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang oder der ein oder anderen sportlichen Jogging-session ein. Öffentlich ist die Wohnung super angebunden - Die U4 Station Hietzing ist in 8 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und von dort braucht es ca. 20 Minuten ins Zentrum Wiens. Für alle NaturliebhaberInnen: der Bus zum Naturschutzgebiet Lainzer Tiergarten hält unmittelbar vor unserer Haustüre und bringt dich direkt ins Grüne - abschalten, gute und frische Luft genießen, den Vögeln lauschen!!!
Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Von Spar, Billa, Denns Bio Markt, DM, Apotheke über entzückende Cafes (Cafe Nook , Waldemar Tagesbar, Cafe Dommayer), vegane/vegetarische Restaurants (Bioparadies, das Kisterl).

The apartment is located in beautiful green Hietzing. During the morning hours you can already listen to the chirping of birds and watch squirrels in our beautiful courtyard. The beautiful Schlossparkt Schönbrunn is just a 4-minute walk away and is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a sporty jogging session. The apartment has excellent public transport connections - the U4 station Hietzing is an 8-minute walk away and from there it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center of Vienna. For all nature lovers: the bus to the Lainzer Tiergarten nature reserve stops right outside our front door and takes you directly into the countryside - switch off, enjoy the fresh air and listen to the birds!!!

Barbara, 31 - sie wird Mitte Mai mit ihrer süßen Katze Mischi bei uns einziehen. Sie spricht neben Deutsch und Englisch auch Ungarisch :)
Angi, 28 - unsere Teekönigin, die immer auf der Suche nach einem Bauernhof in der Natur Österreichs ist, um dort ihren Urlaub zu verbringen - studiert für ihren Masterabschluss in Kinomanagement in St. polten
Laura&Felipe, 31 und 32, unsere treuen Anwälte, die sowohl arbeiten als auch studieren, sind bei fast jedem Spiel, das wir spielen - vor allem bei UNO - die bestätigten King&Queen und können jedes Herz mit ihren fantastischen Calentados und ihren tollen Cocktails erfreuen und erwärmen
Niklas 22, studiert an der TU und ist unser motivierter Hausherr, der auch unser IT- und Spiele-Experte ist und immer bereit ist, gemeinsam zu kochen und mit leckeren Rezepten zu experimentieren!!!

Sara 28 (nur auf dem Papier -- in Wirklichkeit über 80), die seit 10 Jahren die Wiener Windhunde mit Käse und Musik bekämpft, ihre Brötchen als Kellnerin in einem Südtiroler Restaurant verdient -- und die bisherige Rastafari-Haushälterin, die jetzt mit ihrem Seelenverwandten eine Non-Profit-Organisation gründen wird.

Barbara, 31 she is our new flatmate and she will join us with her lovely cat Mischi :)
Angi, 28 -- our tea queen who is always searching for some farms in the countryside of Austria to spend her holidays -- is studying for her master's degree in cinema management in St. polten
Laura&Felipe 31 and 32, our loyal lawyers, who are both working and studying, are the affirmed King&Queen in almost any game we play -- especially UNO -- and they can delight and warm each heart with their fantastic calentados and their amazing cocktails
Niklas 22, is studying at the TU and he is our motivated housemaster, who is also our IT- and Games expert always ready for cooking time together and experimenting with delicious recipes together!!

Sara 28 (only on paper -- in reality over80) after 10 years of fighting the Viennese greyhounds with cheese and music, earning her bread by being a waitress in a south tyrolean restaurant -- and so far the Rastafarian keeper of the house is now going to leave for starting a non-profit organisation with her soulmate.
