Hello, mein Zimmer in einer tollen 4er-WG wird frei!
Es ist eine Altbauwohnung mit 140m2, die ausgestattet ist mit Fischgrätparkett. Sie verfügt über 4 Zimmer, eine schöne Küche, ein Badezimmer, separates WC, eine Abstellkammer und 2 Balkone. Dabei ist auch ein Kellerabteil und im Innenhof kannst du dein Fahrrad abstellen.
Dein Zimmer (30 m2) ist sehr hell, besitzt 3 große Fenster und hat einen rechteckigen Schnitt.

It's an old-style apartment with 140m2 of space, equipped with herringbone parquet flooring. It features 4 rooms, a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a storage room, and 2 balconies. Additionally, there's a cellar and you can park your bicycle in the courtyard.
Your room (30 m2) is very bright, with 3 large windows and a rectangular layout.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Linie U4 und ist somit sehr gut an die Innenstadt angebunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Schloss Schönnbrunn und der Auer-Welsbach-Park.
The apartment is located near the U4 subway line and is therefore very well connected to the city center. Near by is the Schönnbrunn Palace and the Auer-Welsbach Park.
Wir sind eine gemütliche 4er-WG, wo jede ihren eigenen Tagesablauf und Privatsphäre hat, wir aber sehr gerne auch was zusammen unternehmen. Wir machen regelmäßig WG-Abende und kochen gemeinsam, schauen Trash-TV oder Filme zusammen oder gehen mit Toni, dem Hund von Paula, im Park spazieren. Es handelt sich also um keine Zweck-WG :)
Wichtig ist uns beim Zusammenleben Sauberkeit und Ordnung (wir haben einen Putzplan dessen Einhaltung uns wichtig ist ;)) und dass Bescheid gesagt wird, wenn Besuch oder Übernachtungen anstehen, die natürlich herzlich willkommen sind.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Paula, Cecilia und Lisa:) Paula (27) studiert aktuell Innenarchitektur und visuelle Kommunikation. Cecilia (24) ist Kunstlehrerin an einer inklusiven Schule. Lisa (27) studiert Regie & Drehbuch an der Filmakademie.

We are a cozy flatshare of 4, where each of us has her own daily routine and privacy, but we also enjoy doing things together. We regularly do "WG-Abende" - cook together, watch trash TV or movies, or go for walks in the park with Toni, Paula's dog. So, it's not just a functional flatshare :)
Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us in living together (we have a cleaning schedule that we stick to ;)) and it's important to let each other know when visitors or overnight stays are planned, which are of course very welcomed.
Your flatmates would be Paula, Cecilia, and Lisa :) Paula (27) is currently studying interior design and visual communication. Cecilia (24) is an art teacher at an inclusive school. Lisa (27) is studying directing & sript at the film academy.
