Helloo, da ich mit meinem besten Freund zusammenziehen werde, würde ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer für 3 Monate weitergeben. Es handelt sich dabei um einen hellen, großen Raum im klassischen Wiener Altbauflair mit hohen Decken und Fischgrätenparkett. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und besteht aus einem großen Bett, einer Couch, einem Schreibtisch und einer Kleiderstange. Somit hast du die Grundausstattung und dennoch den Freiraum dich gemütlich einzurichten. Eine Besonderheit dieses Zimmers sind die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge die durch die vorteilhafte Süd-West Ausrichtung zu beobachten sind.
Auch sonst ist die Wohnung geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger). Zudem hat die Wohnung ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche, sowie ein getrenntes WC.

Hi, as I will move in with my best friend, I would like to sublet my shared room for 3 months. It is a bright, large room with a classic Viennese old building flair with high ceilings and herringbone parquet flooring. The room is already furnished and consists of a large bed, a couch, a desk and a clothes rail. This means you have the basic equipment and still have the freedom to arrange yourself comfortably. A special feature of this room are the beautiful sunsets that can be observed due to the favourable south-west orientation.
The flat is spacious and well equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, clothes horse, hoover). In addition, the flat has a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, as well as a separate toilet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen und sicheren Unterbaumgarten (1140, Penzing). Um dir eine bessere Vorstellung von der Umgebung zu geben:
- 52 Straßenbahn Richtung Westbahnhof -> 2 Minuten Fußweg

- U4 U-Bahn -> 7 Minuten Fußweg

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen für die Zeit hier sind Sophie(21) und Franziska(22).
Sophie studiert Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaften im 5. Semester an der Uni Wien. In ihrer Freizeit zeichnet und malt sie gerne und geht auch hin und wieder ins GYM. Sonst spielt sie gern Keyboard (im Notfall auch mit Kopfhörern :)) und verbringt sehr viel Zeit mit Freunden.
Franziska besucht einen Design Kurs in Sankt Pölten. Sie liebt es neue Cafés zu entdecken und freut sich immer über gute Restaurantempfehlungen oder Begleitung für Theater oder Museumsbesuche.
Wir würden uns darüber freuen dich kennenzulernen und schätzen offene Kommunikation und gemeinsame Momente in der WG wie Pizzabacken, Trash-TV-Talks oder einfach gemütliche Abende in der WG-Küche.
Ps. Sauberkeit/Hygiene und Teamwork für ein gutes Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig!
WG-LIFE
Your flatmates for the time being are Sophie(21) and Franziska(22).
Sophie is in her 5th semester of journalism and communication studies at the University of Vienna. In her free time she likes to draw and paint and also goes to the GYM from time to time. Otherwise she likes to play the keyboard (with headphones in case of emergency :)) and spends a lot of time with friends.
Franziska attends a design course in Sankt Pölten. She loves to discover new cafés and is always happy about good restaurant recommendations or company for theatre or museum visits.
We would be happy to meet you and appreciate open communication and shared moments in the flat-sharing community such as pizza baking, trash TV talks or just cosy evenings in the flat-sharing kitchen.
Ps. Cleanliness/hygiene and teamwork for a good living together is important to us!
