Die Gemeinschaft besteht seit November 2013. Wir wohnen in einem großen Haus mit Garten am Wienerwald im 14. Bezirk. Auf den über 350m2 Wohnfläche und in den 8 Zimmern leben derzeit insgesamt 9 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.
Darunter eine alleinerziehende Person mit Baby (10 Monate). Daher suchen wir auch gerne eine alleinerziehende Person mit Baby in ähnlichem Alter, damit sie die Möglichkeit haben sich im Alltag gegenseitig zu unterstützen und gleichzeitig die Teilnahme an gemeinschaftliches Leben zu ermöglichen/erleichtern. Solltest du keine Kinder haben, darfst du dich natürlich trotzdem gerne melden! <3
Das großzügige Wohnzimmer (55m2) und die große Küche sind die wesentlichen, gemeinsam genutzten Räume. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Garten (ca. 600m ) mit Gemüsebeeten und die Möglichkeit zum Chillen auf der Terrasse. Da rundherum und auch im Haus alles voll ist mit Stufen, ist es leider nicht barrierefrei.
Die Miete setzt sich aus einer Kaltmiete + Nebenkosten zusammen. Des weiteren fallen zum Einzug eine Kaution (3 Monatsmieten) und ein Ölvorschuss von € 360 an. Diese Beträge werden – sofern alle Mieten
bezahlt wurden – beim Auszug wieder ausbezahlt.

The community exists since November 2013. We live in a large house with a garden in the Vienna Woods in the 14th district. A total of 9 adults and 3 children currently live in the 350m2 of living space and in the 8 rooms.
One of the roommates is a single mother with a 10-month baby. We are seeking a single parent with a baby around the same age to share the living space. This arrangement aims to foster mutual support in daily life and enable both families to actively participate in community activities, making community involvement easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved. If you don't have kids, you are still very welcome to contact us! <3
The spacious living room (55m2) and the large kitchen are the main shared spaces. Additionally there is a garden (approx. 600m ) with vegetable beds and the possibility to chill out the terrace. Since everything around and in the house is full of steps, it is unfortunately not barrier-free.
The rent consists of a cold rent + additional costs. Furthermore, a deposit (3 months' rent) and an oil advance of € 360 are due for moving in. These amounts are – provided all rents have been paid – paid out again when you move out.
Mit dem Bus (47B) vor unserer Haustür sind wir in 10 min bei der Station Hütteldorf, von dort fahren die U4 und verschiedene S-Bahnen, Regionalzüge und Busse. Außerdem ist man auch mit der Straßenbahn 49 gut angebunden, dorthin sind es von der Haustür aus mit dem Bus ca. 5 Minuten, zu Fuß etwa 10-15.

With the bus (47B) in front of our front door we are in 10 minutes at the Hütteldorf station, from there the U4 and various S-Bahn, regional trains and buses go. You are also well connected with the tram 49, it is about 5 minutes by bus from the front door, about 10-15 minutes on foot.
Kernideen unseres Zusammenlebens sind das Bestreben nach umweltbewusstem, solidarischem Leben und
die Vorteile eines gemeinschaftlichen Zusammenlebens auszuschöpfen. Es soll ein Raum für Begegnung sein und ein Stück die Welt verändern. Eine Grundhaltung des Teilens ist uns wichtig. Wir beschaffen grundlegende Waren gemeinsam und engagieren uns in einer Foodcoop (d’Speis) und beim Foodsharing. Die meisten von uns ernähren
sich hauptsächlich von biologischen Lebensmitteln und kochen vorwiegend vegetarisch.
Mittwochabends findet ein wöchentliches Plenum statt, welches uns wichtig ist für die Kommunikation im Haus. Wir essen gemeinsam, tauschen uns aus, es werden aktuelle Themen besprochen und gemeinsame Entscheidungen
getroffen. Grundsätzlich wollen wir miteinander kreativ sein, musikalisch sein, gemeinsam oder füreinander kochen, Spiele- und Filmabende machen, garteln, diskutieren, Aufgaben flexibel verteilen, uns wohlfühlen, sporteln,
miteinander feiern, voneinander lernen und den Alltag teilen. Was uns das Zusammenleben sehr erleichtert sind die 5 im Haus vorhandenen Badezimmer. Die Gemeinschaft besteht derzeit aus studierenden und arbeitenden Menschen im Alter zwischen 0 und 37 Jahren. Seit Oktober ist auch wieder ein Baby Teil unserer Gemeinschaft. Außerdem leben mittlerweile nur noch eine wundersüße Katzen mit uns: Farouche und ein paar Hasen im Garten und Schildkröten, die im Sommer im Garten sind und den Winter im Kühlschrank verbringen, Wir haben uns gegen das Leben mit einem Hund entschieden. Eine nicht-diskriminierende, reflektierte Grundhaltung und ein wertschätzender Umgang miteinander sind Grundvoraussetzung!

Core ideas of our community are the striving for a sustainable living, living in solidarity and to take full advantage of the benefits of living together. It should be a space for encounters and change the world a bit. A basic attitude of sharing is important to us. We get basic foods and goods together and are involved in a food coop (d'Speis) and food sharing. Most of us eat mainly from organic food and cook mainly vegetarian. A weekly plenum takes place on Monday evenings, which is important to us for communication in the house. We eat together, exchange ideas, talk about current issues and so on. Basically, we want to be creative together, make music, cook together or for each other, have game and film evenings, be in the garden, discuss, distribute tasks flexibly, feel good, do sports, celebrate together, learn from each other and share everyday life. What makes living together a lot easier for us are the 5 in the house Bathroom. The community currently consists of studying and working people between the ages of 4 and 37 years. Since october a baby is part of our community. We also have one adorable cute cat living with us: Farouche and a couple of rabbits in the garden and tortoises who are hibernating inside in the winter. We decided against living with a dog. A non-discriminatory, reflected basic attitude and an appreciative interaction with each other is a
basic requirement!
