Dein Zimmer ist hell, ruhig und gartenseitig gelegen, mit Ausblick auf den Garten und den Wienerwald. Es ist unmöbliert, allerdings gibt es einige Möbel die ausgeborgt werden können. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig (140m2) und es gibt ein großes Zimmer das als gemeinsames Arbeitszimmer genutzt wird. Daher ist die Wohnung perfekt für Atelier/Werkstatt/Homeoffice und Wohnen in einem geeignet.
Your room has a lot of light, is quiet and looks to the garden and the woods. Right now there is no furniture but there is some around to borrow if necessary. The apartment is spacious (140m2) and there is a large shared work room as well. All in all the apartment is perfect for living and having an atelier/workshop/homeoffice in one place.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum mit guter Nahversorgung (Post, Bank, Hofer, Spar, Lidl etc.) und nur 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Pressbaum entfernt und gleichzeitig ist sie sehr nahe am Wald. Die Schnellbahnverbindung ist sehr praktisch, du brauchst 22 Minuten zum Westbahnhof bzw. 14 Minuten nach Hütteldorf. Mit dem Auto sind es ca 10 Minuten bis zur Stadtgrenze.
The flat is located in the centre of Pressbaum with good infrastructure (postal service, bank, Hofer, Spar, Lidl etc) and only 7 mins walking distance from Pressbaum train station. The regional train connection is quite practical, in 22 min you´ll be at Westbahnhof or in 14 min in Hütteldorf at U4. By car it takes about 10 minutes to the Vienna city limit.
Hallo, ich heiße Nora und wohne seit 2,5 Jahren hier, habe davor in Wien gewohnt und wollte mehr Platz und mehr Wald um mich haben.
Im Zusammenleben ist mir respektvoller Umgang und eine gute Gesprächsbasis wichtig. Ich liebe es z. B. gemütlich am Balkon Kaffee zu trinken oder in der Küche den Holzofen anzuwerfen wenn es kalt wird, gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen, ziehe mich aber auch gerne zurück. Ich nutze die Wohnung als Lebensraum und Atelier und wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin* die das Potential der Wohnung schätzen kann und den vorhandenen Raum als Arbeitsplatz und oder kreatives Outlet nutzen möchte.
Hello, my name is Nora and I´ve been living here for about 2,5 years, before that I lived in Vienna and I wanted more space and woods around.
In living together I value respectful interaction and good communication. I love to have coffee on the balcony or to light up the wood stove in the kitchen when it gets cold, cooking and eating together, but I also like to stay by myself. Using the flat as both atelier and living space I would love a flatmate who also values the space and will use it for working or as a creative outlet.
Würde mich freuen wenn du auch Lust hast den Garten und Balkon mit mir gemeinsam zu bepflanzen! Generell ist viel Platz für Spaß und Arbeit vorhanden und ich denke dieser Ort ist am besten für eine Person geeignet, die nicht nur ein WG-Zimmer sucht sondern viel Lebens (und Arbeits-)raum und diesen auch mitgestalten möchte.
It would be great if you would like to do some gardening with me on the balcony and in the garden. Generally there is lots of space for fun and work and I think this place is best suited for somebody who is not just looking for one room to rent but for a lot of space to live and work in and wants to also partake in shaping it.
