Hey :)
Ich such für August und den halben September eine Person, die das 12 m2 große hofseitige Zimmer übergangsweise sommerlich bewohnen will.
Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau mit hohen Wänden und insgesamt 96m2 groß. Abgesehen von den Einzelzimmern besteht die Wohnung aus einem riesigen Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, einem Badezimmer mit WC und Badewanne und einer zweiten, separaten Toilette.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf insgesamt 370€ pro Monat (leider teure NK!) - aaber da lässt sich drüber reden. Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Straße (wir haben einen direkten Ausblick auf die Breitenseer Lichtspiele, eines der ältesten Kinos Österreichs) mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Spar, Penny, Bipa usw.). Die U3-Station Hütteldorfer Straße ist nur 1min zu Fuß entfernt. Man ist innerhalb von 7min in der Mariahilferstraße und ca. 15min im Stadtzentrum oder in Schönbrunn.
Die Person, mit der du für die Zeit zusammenwohnen wirst, bin im 6. Semester Germanistik studierend, im 2. Semester Soziologie. Bin im Juli von einem Auslandspraktikum in Italien zurückgekommen und mache gerade ein weiteres Praktikum in Wien. Wenn du neu bist oder Urlaub machst, kann ich dir liebend gern Tipps fürs Baden, Essen, Trinken, Liegen und Sehen geben :)

I am renting out this room just for one and a half months - so almost perfect for a long holiday here. The price is 370€ per month (unfortunately), but we can still talk about this :)
About the room: it is cosy and small with sight into the "garden" (from another building though), as you can see in the pictures. It's 12m2 big. Furniture stays. The structure and ambiente of the flat is maybe best communicated through the pictures, just have a look! ;)
Location of the flat: it's very near to the metro-station "Hütteldorfer Straße" of U3, it takes 15 minutes to Stephansplatz. Furthermore you have a handfull of supermarkets in the near surroundings, this is very convenient.
A few words to my decent self: I study "Germanistik" and sociology, jut came back from an Erasmus-internship in Italy and I like to walk, sit, lay down in parks, cafés, stones and benches, whatever appears favorable. I love Vienna and would like to introduce you to this wonderful city (if you don't already know it), but I also love to get to know other cultures, places, people. People especially.
