The room is about 20m² +
It has a lovely view over the main road and with the Czech Republic embassy's nice architectural building.
The apartment in general and the particular receives lots of light in daytime, which is quite pleasant in winter.
The 10 and 60 trams are less than 3 min walking from the apartment and in my experience everything in Vienna is mostly maximum half an hour away.
There are two nice parks nearby if you want to have a walk, spend peaceful time in greenery, play ping pong, basketball or simply go for a run. You will be roommates with Moaaz and Sebastian (respectively Egyptian and Austrian) who are very warm and friendly people. They are both web developers, but rest assured, they barely never talk about computers and know how to have a great time. Internationals of any gender are welcome without any discrimination.
The room will be passed on fully furnished with a €350 fee for existing equipment (bed, closet, desk, couch and couch table, coffee machine, plants and shelves) and a €1050 deposit.
If you are an openminded individual with no prejudice who likes living in a peaceful yet lively environment, this room is for you.
