So from beginnig of July I am renting out my room in this very cozy shared flat which I share with two very sweet girls. The apartment in total has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen which leads to a cozy little balcony that is facing a very green inner courtyard so it is very calm and you can enjoy the outdoors without hearing any trafic or noise. We also have a seperate bathroom and toilet which is very convinient.
So my room which I am renting out is the biggest of the three amd is located on the last end od the long hallaway. The isolation is very good as you can practically never hear any noise or music being played by the others. The kitchen is also pretty far away so if somone decides to tackle some late night cooking you can not hear it. The room is very bright and spacious and has a nice view of the main street but ut is still calm enough that you can hace the windows open without being bothered by the trafic. I really loved my time here and always felt very comfortable especially in my room so I am sure you will too.
The tram 49 runs just in front if the building so you have to walk around 2-3 minutes to get to the station. This tram also takes you to the ubahn station U3 Hütteldorfer Strasse in just a few minutes or you can also walk around 10 minutes to get to the ubahn station U4 Unter St. Veit.
The neighbourhood has a nice old Viennese charm with its Altbau renovated building so you really feel like you are here. There is a lot of stores around which are reacheable in just a few minutes by foot which is a great amenity to this apartment. Hofer, Lidl, DM, Bipa, Billa and spar are all just around 3 minutes by foot.
So the girls staying in the apartment are called Lana and Emilia.
Emilia (26) comes from Slovenia and is currently working and studying for a Master’s in Journalism and Communication Science. She lives in the apartment already 4 years. In her free time she likes to cook, do her skincare routine or do some other outdoor activities together with her friends. Besides Slovenian and English, she also speaks German and Spanish.
Lana (20) comes from Russia. She just moved in February but has such a nice vibe it feels like we’ve know each other forever. She studies Architecture, which pretty much takes all of her time. Likes to watch movies, interested in cinema, photography, fine art. Loves traveling, ready to go to the edge of the world to see the building of some architect.
She speaks English, German, Russian.
