Das Zimmer ist 20^m groß und ostseitig ausgerichtet. Es ist also sehr sonnig und geräumig. Wie auf dem Foto zu erkennen ist, habe ich ein paar Pflanzen, ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du dich in der Zeit in der ich weg bin um sie kümmern kannst. Natürlich werde ich in meinem Kasten Platz für deine Sachen frei räumen. Das Sofa hat auch Stauraum und ist ausziehbar, du kannst darauf gerne Besuch übernachten lassen oder einfach doppelt so gut chillen. :)

The room is 20^m in size and faces east. It is therefore very sunny and spacious. As you can see in the photo, I have a few plants, I would be very happy if you could look after them while I am away. Of course, I will make space in my closet and shelves for your stuff. The sofa also has storage space and can be pulled out, so you can have visitors spend the night on it or simply chill out twice as well. :)
Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber vom Meiselmarkt an der Johnstraße. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in kleiner Entfernung zu erreichen. Spar, Hofer, DM, Trafik,... auch einen exotischen Supermarkt und eben den Meiselmarkt gibt es direkt in der selben Straße.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch zu genüge vorhanden: U3 Johnstraße erreicht man in 3-5 Minuten, Bim 49, Busse 10A und 12A sind auch direkt ums Eck.
Auch der Auer Welsbach Park ist nicht allzu weit entfernt (15 Minuten zu Fuß).

The apartment is opposite the Meiselmarkt on Johnstrasse. All necessary daily shops can be reached within a short distance. Spar, Hofer, dm, tobacconist,... there is also an exotic supermarket and the Meiselmarkt right in the area.
There are also plenty of public transport options: U3 Johnstraße can be reached in 3-5 minutes, Bim 49, buses 10A and 12A are also right around the corner.
The Auer Welsbach Park is also not too far away (15 minutes by foot).
In der WG leben ganz liebe Menschen, Studierende und Arbeitende, mit verschiedensten Interessen.
In unserem kleinen Kinozimmer steigen gerne Filmeabende und auch auf Kochen und Essen in der Gemeinschaft kannst du dich freuen. Sonst findet man auch immer wieder zu einem gemütlichen Pläuschchen beim Kaffeetrinken in der Küche zusammen. Es wird einem aber auch viel Raum für Rückzug und Zeit für sich gegeben.
Falls du aktiv bist und gerne etwas unternimmst, findest du sicher liebe und lustige Begleitung oder Empfehlungen. :)

The shared flat is home to lovely people, students and workers, with a wide range of interests.
We enjoy movie nights in our small cinema room and you can also look forward to cooking and eating together. Otherwise, you can always get together for a cozy chat over coffee in the kitchen. However, there is also plenty of space to take time for yourself.
If you are active, you are sure to find lovely and fun company or recommendations. :)

Die Miete von 420 versteht sich als Gesamtmiete für einen Monat, da ist WLAN, Strom & Gas und alles andere schon dabei.
Für meine Möbel hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 500€, die du beim Auszug natürlich wieder bekommst. Falls es sich für dich nicht ganz ausgeht, können wir über den Preis nochmal reden :)

The rent of 420 is the total rent for one month, which includes WiFi, electricity & gas and everything else.
I would like a deposit of €500 for my furniture, which you will of course get back when you move out. If you can't afford that, we can talk about the price again :)
