Es ist ein Zimmer von "dieWG" - der Großteil der Leute die hier wohnen sind Studierende.
Das Zimmer liegt im 1.OG, also bequem nach wenigen Stufen erreichbar. Es ist ein Altbau mit schön hohen Räumen - den Kopf kann man sich schwer anstoßen. WC und Bad sind getrennt. In deinem Zimmer steht bereits alles, was zum wohnen essentiell ist. Es hat ein großes Fenster, das direkt in den ruhigen Innenhof blickt.
Es gibt einen großen Balkon und auch zwei Dachterassen, die für alle zugänglich sind.
Außerdem gibt es eine private Boulderhalle und einen Fitnessraum wenige Minuten entfernt.
Es ist noch nicht sicher, welches Zimmer mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner übernimmt, deshalb sind noch keine Fotos davon online. Aber ich kann dir gerne beide bei einer Online-Führung zeigen.

The room is on the first floor, so it's easy accessible.
Toilet and shower are seperated. There's almost everything in there already, so you could just move in straight away.
The flat has a beautiful balcony and two roof terraces for everybody.
Plus there is a private boulder facility and a fitness room free to use.
Right now there are no pictures of the room, because my current roommate hasn't decided which one he's gonna take. But I'm eager to show you the whole flat via video-call.
In etwa 4 Minuten ist man bei der U6-Station Gumpendorferstraße.
Der Westbahnhof ist auch nur einen 7 minütigen Fußmarsch weg, sollte machbar sein.
In 2 Minuten ist man auf der äußeren Mariahilferstraße, wo einige Straßenbahnen und Busse fahren. Außerdem kann man sich da schnell Snacks holen, falls man von einer spontanen Hungerattacke heimgesucht wird.
Billa, Hofer, Spar, DM etc. sind alle maximal 10 Minuten entfernt. Ein TEDi ist gleich nebenan, falls sich irgendwer auf das steht.

It's 4 minutes away from U6 Gumpendorfer Straße, 7 minutes away from Westbahnhof, and 2 minutes away from a tram-station.
All essential shops (groceries, drugstores, etc) are maximal 10 minutes away.
Dein Mitbewohner heißt Josip, 28. Er ist ein angenehmer Zeitgenosse und für jeden Spaß zu haben.
Das Haus hier ist außerdem voll mit Studierenden, also fad sollte es nicht werden.

400,- ist Miete, warm. WLAN und sonstiger Schabernack inkludiert.
20,- habe ich grob draufgerechnet für Strom (100% Öko von easygreen).

20,- on top of that for energy. You could book a cheaper energy-provider though, right now we use 100% eco-energy.
