Zimmer: ~15m2 und sehr hell, hier habe ich sehr gerne gewohnt. Arrangieren muss man sich mit der Hellhörigkeit; dieses und Jennys Zimmer sind wie so oft nur durch eine dünne Wand getrennt, dadurch muss man aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen morgens und abends. Es ist möglich das ein paar Möbeln im Zimmer gegen eine kleine Ablöse zu Übernehmen. Einzug ab sofort.
room: ~15 square metres with a lot of natural sunlight, which I really enjoyed. As it shares a wall with Jenny’s room, we generally try to be respectful when it comes to noise, especially in the mornings & evenings. It is possible to take over a few furnitures of the room for a small fee. Room available from now.
Super Lage! 3 Geh-Minuten zur U6 Station Gumpendorferstraße, 10 Minuten zum Westbahnhof (U6/U3) und zur Längenfeldgasse oder Margaretengürtel (U4). Tram und Bus stehen fast vor der Tür. Spar um die Ecke, sowie Billa Plus, Hofer, Bipa, dm und Lidl; außerdem türkischer / asiatischer / afrikanischer Supermarkt
Zum Luft schnappen oder joggen gehen ist man ganz schnell in Schönbrunn :)
Great location! 3 min walk to U6 underground station Gumpendorfer Straße, 10 min walk to Westbahnhof (U6/U3) or Margaretengürtel (U4), & tram and bus stops almost at your doorstep. There is a Spar supermarket around the corner, as well as Billa Plus, Hofer, Bipa, Dm and Lidl nearby and Turkish, Asian, African stores.
If you like to jog or just want some fresh air, Schönbrunn is also not far away :)
Es werden umgängliche und eher ruhige Mitbewohnern gesucht. Wichtig sind uns ein unkompliziertes offenes Miteinander, Rücksichtnahme und ein guter Mix aus Geselligkeit und Ruhebereitschaft😊 Zum einen entspricht das den anderen Mitbewohnerinnen, zum anderen kann man sich so am besten in der relativ hellhörigen Wohnung arrangieren. Ich ziehe weiter, weil sich etwas Neues ergeben hat, zusammenleben würdest du mit Leonard, Jenny und Mayra. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig daher haben wir einen Putzplan, der gut funktioniert und weiterhin funktionieren soll 😉
We are looking for friendly, easy-going roommates. For us, it is important that we can have a peaceful, uncomplicated & respectful living environment, where we are considerate & friendly with each other 😊 this is so that we have a more comfortable apartment, & is also because of our relatively thin walls!
Your future flatmates would be Leonard, Jenny, and Mayra. They are very quiet & easy to live with. We like to keep our flat clean and tidy with a cleaning rota which has worked out well for us so far.
