In unserer supertollen 5er-WG in bester Lage wird eines der Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für das SOMMERSEMESTER 2023 (April bis Juli, evtl. geht es auch schon ab Mitte März) frei, da ich im Sommer ein Erasmus-Semester in Berlin mache. Perfekt für Erasmus Studierende :)
TAUSCHANGEBOTE für BERLIN -WIEN sind gerne gesehen!!
Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und vollmöbliert, d.h. es gibt Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch. TV- und Internetanschluss sind vorhanden. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sehr hell (ostseitig) und gut geschnitten. Das Zimmer hat gute Fenster, sodass der Verkehr der Johnstraße, bei geschlossenen Fenstern, kaum wahrnehmbar ist.
Die 25m² große Wohnküche, zwei Bäder sowie zwei Toiletten machen ein Zusammenleben mit vier weiteren Personen angenehm und unkompliziert. Absolutes Highlight unserer WG ist der 15qm große, vom Wohnzimmer zugängliche, Balkon auf dem sich freie Zeit super verbringen lässt. Im Sommer wie ein kleines, sonniges Paradies!
Jedes der Zimmer ist separat begehbar (=keine Durchgangszimmer).
Mit dir zusammen wohnen Ju, Rieke, Philipp und Eva. Alle sind super nett und quatschen gerne bei einem Kaffee oder beim Kochen, Privatsphäre wird aber genauso akzeptiert. Wir unternehmen gerne was zusammen, im Sommer chillen wir besonders gerne am Balkon oder im nächsten Park :)

One of the rooms in our 5 people flat becomes available for interim rent for the SUMMER SEMESTER 2023 (April to July, possibly also March to June) because I am in Berlin for an Erasmus semester. Perfect for Erasmus students :)

The room is 22 sqm and fully furnished, i.e. there is a bed, couch, desk. TV and internet connection are available. Otherwise, the room is very bright (east side) and well cut. The room has good windows, so that the traffic of Johnstraße, with the windows closed, is hardly noticeable.
The 25m² large kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms and two toilets make living together with four other people pleasant and uncomplicated. Absolute highlight of our flat is the 15sqm large balcony, accessible from the living room. During summer it's like a small, sunny paradise!
Each of the rooms is separately accessible (= no connecting rooms).
Ju, Rieke, Philipp and Eva will be living with you. All are super nice and like to chat over a coffee or while cooking, but privacy is just as accepted. We like to do something together, in summer we especially like to chill on the balcony or in the next park :)
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die U3-Station Johnstraße. Außerdem sind die Linien 49, 10A und 12A nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt.
Der gegenüberliegende Meiselmarkt bietet sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ob Conrad, DM, Libro, Spar, Citybaumarkt oder der Markt im unteren Bereich, man erhält alles was man zum Leben braucht und noch sehr viel mehr. Auch ein Hofer ist gleich ums Eck und ein Billa, sowie ein Sozialmarkt (sehr billige Preise für Studis!) sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Im Haus befindet sich zudem der Asia Imbiss Ding Wei und der Özkaya Backshop (hat täglich bis 23:00 geöffnet). Die Innenstadt ist mit der Ubahn oder mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min zu errreichen, zur Universität Wien sind es etwa 20-30 Minuten. Zum Westbahnhof sind es nur 2 U-Bahnstationen, zum Hauptbahnhof sind es etwa 30 Minuten.

Right outside the front door is the U3 station Johnstraße. Lines 49, 10A and 12A are also just a two-minute walk away.
The opposite Meiselmarkt offers many shopping opportunities. Whether Conrad, DM, Libro, Spar, Citybaumarkt or the market in the lower area, you get everything you need. Also a Hofer is just around the corner and a Billa, as well as a social market (very cheap prices for students!) are within walking distance.
The hotel also houses the Asia Imbiss Ding Wei and the Özkaya Backshop (open daily until 23:00). The city center can be reached by subway or bicycle in 10 minutes, the University of Vienna in about 20-30 minutes. The Westbahnhof is only 2 underground stations away, the Central Station about 30 minutes.
Du wirst mit vier sehr lieben Menschen zusammenwohnen, die gerne mal am Balkon oder in der Wohnküche mit dir plaudern und für spotane Filmabende im Wohnzimmer gern zu haben sind. Ansonsten wird gemeinsam drauf geschaut, dass die Wohnung in gutem Zustand bleibt, es gibt einen Putzplan und teilweise gemeinsame Einkäufe, die über eine WG-App gesteuert werden.
Weiteres wohnen noch zwei Katzen in der WG.
Rieke (30): ist ziemlich erfolgreich im Marketingbereich tätig, ist ein sehr einfühlsamer, positiver Mensch, sie hat zwar keine Hobbies aber dafür ordentlich Humor
Ju (25): kommt aus Salzburg und studiert Theater-, Film- und Medien Wissenschaft. Er ist Sneakerhead und Basketballnerd. Im Sommer meistens in Cafés oder am Donaukanal anzutreffen.
Philipp (26): klettert andauernd irgendwelche Wände Wiens beim Bouldern hoch und studiert nebenbei Bildungswissenschaften im Master.
Eva (25): kommt aus Kärnten und studiert und arbeitet im journalistischen Bereich und hat immer ein offenes Ohr zum Plaudern.

You will live with four awesome people who are down for chatting on the balcony or spontaneous film sessions in the living room. Everyone makes sure that the apartment remains in good condition, there is a cleaning plan and some joint purchases, which are controlled via a shared apartment app.
There are also two cats living in the flat.
Rieke (30): is quite successful in marketing, is a very sensitive, positive person with a good sense of humour.
Ju (25): is from Salzburg and studies theatre, film and media studies. He's a sneakerhead and a basketball nerd. In summer, usually found in cafes or on the Danube Canal.
Philipp (26): constantly climbs up some walls of Vienna while bouldering and also studies a master programme of educational sciences.
Eva (25): is the newest addition to the flat and studies and works in journalism. She always has an open ear for chatting.
Unsere beiden Katzen sind sehr zutraulich und freuen sich immer über Aufmerksamkeit. Deine Beteiligung beim Füttern oder beim Futterkauf wird erwartet, ist aber entspannt, da 5 Leute sich die kleinen Aufgaben teilen. Dennoch wäre es wünschenswert, wenn du keine Katzenallergie hast und dich auch über die beiden Vierbeiner freust :)

Our two cats are very trusting and always look forward to receiving attention. Your participation in feeding or buying food is expected, but as 5 people share the small tasks it's not that hard. Nevertheless, it would be desirable if you do not have a cat allergy and you are also happy about the two four-legged friends :)
