Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und hat ein relativ großes Fenster zur Straße hinaus. Die Straße hat kaum Verkehr und es ist meistens sehr ruhig, außer wenn die Müllabfuhr vorbeifährt (meistens zum Glück erst gegen 11 Uhr morgens). Im Zimmer ist ebenfalls der Anschluss für das Internet.
Die Lage ist echt schön. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich nahe zur Schmelz und dem Kleingartenverein nebenan.
Die U3 ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Haltestelle Johnstraße) und auch für Straßenbahn und Bus gibt es Haltestellen in der Nähe. Zum Einkaufen ist der Meiselmarkt perfekt wo man fast alles bekommen kann, für Lebensmittel sind sonst auch noch ein Billa, ein Penny und ein Hofer zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Leben in der Wohnung ist ziemlich gemütlich. Die Küche ist leider ziemlich klein und etwas eng, aber sie hat dafür einen Geschirrspüler. Ich bin Student an der TU und eigentlich ziemlich oft zuhause. Habe keine Haustiere und bin Nicht-Raucher.
