Das Zimmer:
Es ist 6 m2 groß (aber lassen Sie sich davon nicht abschrecken, es gibt ein wunderschönes großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Es ist ziemlich geräumig und hell.)
Es hat ein schönes handgefertigtes Hochbett aus Holz (angenehm für 2 Personen) und auch ein schönes Fenster mit Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof. Du muss noch nur eine Matrazze bringen (doppel geht auch). Es hat einen Schreibtisch, ein Schreibtischstuhl, ein Bücherregal und einen großen Schrank, der derzeit außerhalb des Zimmers im Flur steht. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Platz des riesigen Bücherregals im Wohnzimmer als Stauraum zu nutzen, da ich es nicht so viel benutze!
The Room:
It is 6 square meters (but please don't be discouraged, the apartment has an amazing living room, a huge kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The flat is quite roomy and bright.)
It has a hand-made wooden bunkbed (comfortable for 2 persons) and also a nice window overlooking the quiet courtyard. You will have to provide your own mattress (fits also a double) Included there is a desk, a deskchair, a bookcase and a large closet which stands outside of the room in the hallway. There is also the advantage of using the large bookshelf area of the living room for any personal objects, since i don't use it so much.
Es ist eine liebevoll renovierte Wohnung im 15. Bezirk. Sie befindet sich im 3. Stock, inklusive Heizung, Isolierung, neue Induktionsküche, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, usw :)
Es gibt keinen Lift.
Sie liegt in der Nähe der U4-Station Schönbrunn & Meidling Hauptstraße, auch in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Anschützgasse (52, 60), die schnell zum Westbahnhof fährt, und dem Bus 57A, der zum Ring fährt. Direkt darunter, um die Ecke, ist ein Billa. Es gibt auch einen Hofer 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der schöne Auer-Welsbach Park ist 200 Meter entfernt.
It is a wonderful renovated flat in the 15th district. It's on the 3d floor, including heating, insulation, a furnace with induction, a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc :)
There is no elevator.
The flat is situated close by the U4 metro stations Schönbrunn & Meidling Hauptstraße, also close by the tram stop Anschützgasse (52, 60) which go straight to Westbahnhof and also the bus 57A that goes to the Ring. Directly underneath our building there is a Billa supermarket. There is also a Hofer supermarket 5 minutes away on foot. There is a lovely park 200 meters away (Auer-Welsbach Park).

Mein Name ist Natalia (31), Griechisch-Amerikanerin, ich komme aus Athen und spreche Englisch, Griechisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und ein bisschen Französisch. Ich bin Musikerin und konzentriere mich derzeit auf meinen zweiten Bachelor in European Studies und arbeite Teilzeit in einem Theater. Ich liebe es zu kochen, zu lesen, zu zeichnen und ich schätze Zeit mit Menschen und Zeit alleine gleich viel.
Du:
Ich suche jemanden, der nicht allzu viel jünger oder älter ist als ich (vielleicht von 25 bis 35) und der auch gerne am WG-Leben teilnimmt, z. B. an netten Gesprächen, zusammen chillt oder einfach nur nett zusammenlebt. Eine große Priorität von mir ist es, die Wohnung sauber und hygienisch zu halten, da es mir sehr wichtig ist. :))

I love to cook, read, draw, and I like spending time with others but cherish my alone-time as well.

I'm looking for a flatmate who's not too much younger or olden than me (25 - 35) who also likes to have a nice flatshare experience (nice chats, chilling together, or just generally co-living nicely). A big priority for me is cleanliness and keeping things hygienic in the flat. :))
