Helles Zimmer in WG im 16.Bezirk

Die Lage ist super, es ist eine ruhige Gegend und trotzdem zentrumsnah, in 15min ist man mit der U-Bahn in der Innenstadt.
Es gibt sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen (U3, Straßenbahnen 2, 44, ...), die in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Gleich ums Eck gibts außerdem einen Billa, Hofer, Dm, BIPA und noch verschiedenes mehr. Auch einige nette Restaurants und Heurigenlokale sind in der Nähe.
Aber auch ins Grüne ist es nicht weit (Nähe Steinhofgründe, Schloss Wilhelminenberg mit tollem Blick über Wien).

The location is great, it is a quiet area and yet close to the center, in 15min you can reach the city center with the subway.
There are very good public transport connections (U3, trams 2, 44, ...) which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Just around the corner there is also a Billa, Hofer, Dm, BIPA and many more. There are also a lot of nice restaurants and "Heurigenlokale" (typical austrian restaurants) nearby.
Nature is not far away either (near Steinhofgründe, Schloss Wilhelminenberg with a great view over Vienna).

Hi, ich heiße Isabel, bin 26 und komme ursprünglich aus Spanien. Ich lebe und arbeite seit ein paar Jahren in Wien. Da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell und gemütlich, besonders das große Wohnzimmer (südseitig), wo wir auch gerne mal gemeinsam essen und Filme schauen. Das Zusammenleben in der Wohnung ist auch sehr entspannt; ich mag es sehr, zusammen zu kochen, mich mit meinen Mitbewohnerinnen am Ende des Tages zu unterhalten und generell Zeit zusammen zu verbringen! Mir ist nur wichtig, dass die Wohnung zu keiner Party-WG wird, denn im Haus leben einige Kinder und ältere Menschen. Außerdem sehe ich meinen Wohnraum als einen Ort, an dem ich am Ende des Tages zur Ruhe kommen kann. Wenn Freunde/Partnern zu Besuch kommen ist das überhaupt kein Thema, aber wir machen keine großen und lauten Parties.

Hi, my name is Isabel, 26f and am originally from Spain. I have been living and working in Vienna for two years now. As my current flatmate is moving out, I am looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is quiet, bright and cosy, especially the large living room (south-facing) where we like to eat together and do movie nights. Life in the apartment is really relaxed - I like it a lot to cook and eat together with my flatmates, and to talk about about how the day ways after work. I really enjoy having flatmates whom I get along and have a good time with.
Please note that this is not a party-WG. Some children and older people live in the building, plus I see my living space as a place to calm down at the end of the day. Having friends/a partner over is not an issue at all, but big and loud events should not become a thing.

Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und getrenntem WC. Außerdem gibt es Waschmaschine im Badezimmer, sowie Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger in der Küche, die vor zwei Jahre renoviert wurde!

We have a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. There is also a washing machine, and a kitchen that was fully renovated two years ago! Except for a coffee machine, it has everything that you need: kettle, microwave, hoover, and a fridge.
