Dieses Schlafzimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß. Auf Wunsch erhaltet ihr die gesamte Möblierung kostenfrei: Dazu gehören ein Doppelbett, eine Matratze, zwei Beistelltische, ein Schreibtisch, ein Schreibtischstuhl und eine Kommode. Außerdem gibt es im Flur einen Kleiderschrank für zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und das nach Osten ausgerichtete Wohnzimmer erstrahlt in der Morgensonne, ebenso wie das Fenster im Zimmer. Die Fenster sind komplett verdunkelbar und verfügen zusätzlich über ein Fliegengitter. Die gesamte Wohnfläche von 110 m2 umfasst ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon, eine Küche (ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Mikrowelle), zwei Badezimmer (eines nur von einem Zimmer aus begehbar), zwei Toiletten und einen Abstellraum. Weiters gibt es einen Fahrradabstellraum.

This bedroom is about 14 m2 in size. If you would like, all of the furniture is included free of charge: this includes a double bed, mattress, two side tables, desk, desk chair, and dresser. There is also a wardrobe in the hallway for extra storage.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, and the east-facing living room is bright in the morning sun, as is the window in your room. The windows can be completely darkened, and they also have a fly screen. The entire living area of 110 m2 includes a large living room, a balcony, a kitchen (fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave), two bathrooms (one accessible through another room), two toilets, and a storeroom. There is also a bicycle storage room.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Gürtel mit ganz vielen verschiedenen Straßenbahnen und der U6.
Von Spar, Billa, Penny bis auf Lidl und Hofer hat man eine riesige Auswahl zum Lebensmitteleinkauf innerhalb 5-10 Minuten, Billa Plus und Interspar got your back, wenn deine Einkaufsliste besonders lange geworden ist (10 bis 15 Minuten). Post, Drogerie, Apotheke, Eineuroshops usw. sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Charme des Viertels liegt auf dem Yppenplatz und dem angrenzenden Brunnenmarkt, die wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Neben den Marktständen gibt es zahlreiche hübsche Cafés und Restaurants, die an sonnigen Tagen Menschen aus der ganzen Stadt anziehen.

~The Location:
The apartment is near the Gürtel with many different trams and the U6 subway closeby.
From Spar, Billa, and Penny, to Lidl and Hofer, you have a huge selection for grocery shopping, all within 5-10 minutes. If you have a particularly long list, Billa Plus and Interspar have your back (10 to 15 minutes walk). The post office, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. can also be reached in a few minutes. The main building of the University of Vienna or the Schmelz can be reached via walking in around 20 minutes.
The charm of the district lies in the Yppenplatz and the adjacent Brunnenmarkt, which are 2 minutes away. In addition to the market stalls, there are numerous lovely cafes and restaurants that attract people from all over the city on a sunny day. :)

~WG-Leben:
Eure Mitbewohner verstehen sich super, sind aber bis Ende Februar dabei, auszuziehen, sodass am 1. März eine neue WG einziehen kann. Zwei eurer Mitbewohner (Nadine und Lisa) werden gemeinsam in eine andere Wohnung ziehen , und der dritte Mitbewohner (Oskar) ist ebenfalls ein vorübergehender Untermieter für Januar und Februar.
~Deine Mitbewohner:
Nadine ist 25, studiert Jura und trinkt gerne und viel Tee. Sie hat kürzlich Stand-up-Comedy-Events für sich entdeckt und kümmert sich um Keno, einen süßen Hund, der manchmal die Wohnung besucht.
Lisa ist 24 und studiert Verhaltensbiologie im Master. In ihrer Freizeit studiert sie gerne das Verhalten von Keno oder kocht verschiedene (vegane) Gerichte aus der ganzen Welt (Sie sollten sie unbedingt probieren!).
Oskar ist 19 und studiert Psychologie an der Hauptuniversität. Er ist ein aktiver Mensch, der gerne Zeit draußen und mit Freunden verbringt.

~WG-Life:
Your roommates get along super well, but they are in the process of moving out by the end of February, so that a new WG can move in on March 1. Two of your roommates (Nadine and Lisa) will be moving into another flat together, and the third roommate (Oskar) is also a temporary subletter for January and February.
~Your Flatmates:
Nadine is 25, studies law, and likes to drink a lot of tea. She has recently discovered stand-up comedy events and takes care of Keno, a cute dog who sometimes visits the flat.
Lisa is 24 and is studying behavioral biology for her master's degree. In her free time, she enjoys studying the behavior of Keno, or cooking a variety of (vegan) dishes from around the world (you should definitely try them!).
Oskar is 19 and is studying psychology at the main university. He is an active person who likes to spend time outside and with friends.

Ich ziehe am 31. Januar aus, aber die neue WG zieht am 1. März in die Wohnung ein, daher vermiete ich mein möbliertes Schlafzimmer für den Monat Februar unter (1-29. Februar), bis die neuen Mitbewohner einziehen.

I am moving out on January 31, but the new WG moves into the flat on March 1, so I'm subletting my furnished bedroom for the month of February (February 1-29), until the new flatmates move in.
