Das Zimmer ist Westseitig im Dachgeschoss und blickt in den Innenhof - ist also sehr ruhig und kann nachts gut offen bleiben. es ist das kleinste Zimmer in der WG - aber auch das ruhigste. Es ist groß genug für die notwendigen Dinge.
Das Wohnzimmer ist dagegen sehr groß und gemütlich.
The room is located on the western side of the attic and overlooks the courtyard, making it very quiet and suitable for keeping open at night. It is the smallest room in the shared apartment, but also the most peaceful. It is spacious enough for essential items. In contrast, the living room is very large and cozy.
Die Lage ist sehr schön Zwischen Wald und Stadt. Entweder spazieren zum Wilhelminenschloss oder mit der 2er Straßenbahn direkt vorm Haus in 20 Minuten in die Stadt. An der BOKU ist man auch in 15 Minuten mit dem 10A. Auch der Kongresspark ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U3 Station Ottakring ist ebenso in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The location is very beautiful, situated between the forest and the city. You can either take a leisurely stroll to Wilhelmineschloss or hop on the tram line 2 right in front of the house, which takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. The BOKU (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences) is also just a 15-minute ride away with the 10A bus. Additionally, Kongresspark can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The U3 Ottakring subway station is also a convenient 10-minute walk away.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Zuza und Liam sein, beide sehr sportliche und liebe Menschen. Gesprochen wird meistens englisch. Alle sind um ein gutes Wohnklima bemüht, sind verständnisvoll und haben immer Zeit etwas durchzusprechen. Gerne wird auch mal gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen, das ist aber kein muss. Auch für gemeinsame Klettertage sind die beiden gut zu haben.
Your roommates will be Zuza and Liam, both very athletic and kind individuals. English is mostly spoken in the household. Everyone is dedicated to maintaining a positive living environment, being understanding, and always having time for discussions. Cooking and eating together is often enjoyed, but not mandatory. They are also enthusiastic about organizing joint climbing days.
Das Zimmer wird von mir ziemlich leer abgegeben, ist aber Verhandlungssache. Da können wir uns gerne absprechen was du brauchst oder haben willst.
The room will be handed over fairly empty by me, but this is negotiable. We can definitely coordinate and discuss what you need or would like to have.
