Die Wohnung liegt im 1.stock, leider ohne Lift. Ecke Wattgasse und Wilhelminenstrasse. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein zweites WohnEsszimmer mit Klavier(das sich freut wenn wer drauf spielt ) , Küche und WC und Bad separat. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, hofseitig gelegen (siehe Foto).
Strassenbahn Nummer 2 ( 15 Minuten zum Schottentor)gleich vor der Haustür, ebenso Bus 10 A und U 3 Ottakring ca 10 Fußmatten. Kongresspark und Bad ,Wilhelminenberg und Neuwaldegg- alles in der Nähe! Nicht zu vergessen , der Ortsplatz Yppenplatz zum Kaffee und Bier trinken und Leute treffen ist auch keine 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad weg.
Ich heiße Johanna , bin 33 Jahre alt , in OÖ am Bauernhof geboren und jetzt schon seit über 10 Jahren in Wien zuhause . Ich arbeite als Freizeitpädagogin in Simmering und liebe es mit den Fahrrad unterwegs zu sein , schwimmen ,Kino, Tanzen, reisen...
Ich esse gerne und koche meistens gerne, es ist ok ob vegan,vegetarisch oder auch hinundwieder mit Fleisch :). Ich wünsche mir von meiner/m zukünftigen Mitbewohner*in eine offene Kommunikation, Respekt für Dinge und Personen, Offenheit auch im Umgang mit Besuch , Humor und eine angenehme Art .
Im Oktober bin ih zu dem oben genannten Zeitraum weg und du würdest mit Chri , der im anderen Zimmer wohnt gemeinsam die Wohnung teilen.
